Eyeworks Optical Limited Bewertungen

Took time to explain things and give options at every step of the way.

This is simply the best optician I have ever seen. Very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He has equipment that are only available in hospital. And all at an affordable cost. Thank you very much.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The best eye test with state of the art equipment, the service is fantastic professional and friendly, great value , quality products , very happy with my office lenses , highly recommend.

My daughter wanted contact lenses for the first time and Simon was so patient helping her practice getting them in and out! He is always so lovely, and makes the appointments fun for the children.

First time I’ve used Eyeworks and they were excellent , the whole process was explained throughout and any questions answered.
I would thoroughly recommend !!

My 1st time at Eyeworks and it’s been the best of experiences with a top quality service from an optician that enthuses his profession and delivers the highest of standards. I can’t praise Simon Ferguson enough. I will use no other in the future.

Amazing … the technology used is so informative, Simon took time to explain every element, really reassuring! I am so impressed , this was me first visit definitely won’t be my last. Best optician I have ever been to !

Good service but glasses not perfect. I was recommended a type of glasses after giving my requirements, unfortunately not sure what I was recommended did the job as explained by optician, does 2/3 but the main ask was not achieved. Very friendly service by optician but very difficult to speak to someone, phone is never answered so always have to leave a message to take a call back.

Amazing service everytime! Simon does an amazing job of explains everything in detail and doesn’t push anything that’s not necessary. I’ve referred all my family there as it’s such amazing and thorough service.

Great, prompt, reliable service as always!

Very friendly, enthusiastic and extremely thorough. Would highly recommend.

This was my first appointment and I was very impressed. I was introduced to modern equipment I had not seen before. The procedure and results were fully explained and I left very satisfied it had been an hour well spent.

As always at Eyeworks, a thorough, informative and helpful examination and experience. Simon explains everything brilliantly in simple terms, with the use of technology and interesting images. Always feels like you’ve had a great personal service.

I needed a check following cataract surgery. My check up was thorough and every step was fully explained. I was told what was expected to be seen and what could be seen. I left feeling confident in my understanding

Thank you

Excellent service!
I received an extremely thorough eye exam and tests, I was told about what the pictures and results meant in a clear in depth manner.

Without doubt I had the most helpful and in-depth eye examination ever this morning. From walking in to the very clean environment I was greeted warmly by the Optometrist Simon, who was very friendly and explained every step of the examination. I couldn’t believe how thorough it was, and I didn’t even know CT scans of eyes existed! What put this way above every other test I have ever undertaken was the fact that Simon took the time to go through every photograph and scan and explain what they mean. The appointment was not rushed and I was given plenty of opportunities to ask questions. I cannot recommend Eyeworks enough and if anyone truly wants to see and know what’s going on in their eyes I strongly advise booking an appointment.

A comfortable and pleasant experience! Reassuring to be to told that my eyes are fine and feel that I was checked thoroughly and everything was explained in detail. Would recommend to all my friends and family. I felt very well looked after. Thank you.

Blind as a bat? Sick and tired of heavy glasses that hurt? Get yourself to Eyeworks. I've worn glasses for 40 odd years and hated every minute but Eyeworks has been a real eye-opener (sorry)! Friendly, informative and professional. BEST GLASSES EVER!
