We have just put things in storage and so far so good. The only suggestion I would have is being able to access at a later hour than 9P. Only because we are actually coming from out of town and work in different places so it's just been hard to always hit their daytime putting stuff in.

I just started renting a storage spot from ezStorage this past Saturday.The facility is clean and very well maintained. Plenty of carts to put your items on and four huge elevators (2 on each side of the building). Customer service was excellent. The man at the front desk (I wish I remembered his name) was very patient when I asked questions and was kind, courteous throughout the storage unit tour. I would definitely recommend this place!

The attendant was very professional courteous and expressed a great deal of care and concern and attention to detail.

Toni was great. She has a great attitude, thoughtful, and efficient. She really listens and takes in consideration what I really needed. She is a positive force for this company.

Excellent service by Ian, and helpful instructions from him and his wife. Very clean unit, exactly as advertised.

Hosts (yes, a couple lives on the property) are completely tuned into your needs. The place is spotless, they actually wave and say hello, and they have complete understanding of how the rental contract works. I left CubeSmart and am very happy less than one week into the contract.
Intro rates are being offered. Suggest you lock in if you're thinking of renting a unit.

The rooms are new and very clean. If you have an internet deal, be sure to bring it with you; they don't seem to know where their deals are listed. Overall, the explanation of the contract/commitment was very clear. Great location.

when I talked to your online agent about the specific property I wanted, I was assured that they had a dolley that I could use for free, so Long and returned it when I finished with it. Because I was told this, I turned down getting a dolley from the company I rented a moving truck from. This was around 3:30/4pm when I got to storage unit. I rented my unit, secured it, as suggested by agent, almost left, but, remembered to ask for dolley. I was informed at that time, that they had no dollies. I had to really rush to return my vehicle, as i had to move heavy boxes by hand...one at a time. Online agents should know what each site has or hasn't. I would have chosen a different site or company, if I had been given proper information. Once my time using this storage is up, I will never use it again, and, inform people I know, that they need to scrutinize your business/agents.
