Signing up for a storage space was very easy and inefficient.

Friendly staff and clean facility.

Ivon and Juan are first-rate managers (and people). They are exceptionally organized, helpful, professional, smart and thorough. They are a great asset for the E-Z Storage in Ellicott City...also, this is my first experience with E-Z Storage - love the business model, with clean, well-lit, safe, climate-controlled, secure and easy access (and plenty of carts, all in good condition!).

Not very friendly. Becoming too invasive.

The concern about ezStorage's ability to change rent month to month is concerning.

Ezstorage was better than I thought. They provided flatbed dolly to carry your items to your storage unit. They do have climate control which is a great thing. Previous units that I used had cause my things to worp due to the heat inside the unit.

The area is clean, the people friendlyand very helpful.

The customer I receive from the team at the Herndon/Sterling location is unmatched. They're always courteous and helpful. The location is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs.
