Do not buy from these guys the whole website is a scam the whole thing is a scam they send sub par product not even worth 20 bucks they’re not even custom-made they don’t even fit the car

So I’ve been waiting over a month for mats for my Mercedes Benz. I’ve emailed these people 3 times, this guy named Jeric has answered me, but each time is a new story. Now the story is that it may take up to 45 days (not from day of purchase, nor the 10 days it took to manufacture them) I was told originally it would take about 2 weeks. The tracking number says it’s been in a Chinese airport for weeks! And that’s where the tracking stops. At this point, after reading all these other reviews, I feel I have been scammed and now I’m out $140 😔 if I ever receive these mats, I will update this post. As of now, with the mis information and how long this has taken, and having that feeling that I’ve been completely wronged, I wouldn’t recommend buying from these people.
I received my order. Took almost 2 months. But due to the COVID-19 transit lag, I’m sure it had something to due with that.
The mats are not leather, they seem to be an imitation material. Still, I like them. The cut is definitely not made to perfection for my 98 Mercedes S420. But they do look good. I got the black with beige stitching. Certain parts are too short and others are too long. But overall, I am satisfied for the $140 I paid for them. I would recommend you have patience because they come from China and since the mats are “custom made”, forget about ever getting a refund of any kind. I will say this, every time I reached out to them, a gentleman named Jeric always replied within 24 hours. So at this point it’s on you if you want to trust this company.

Please save your money. These mats are pure junk and the requirement for returning them is garbage as well.

I wish I red these reviews before I purchased from these people! Took months to finally receive them just to find out that how terribly they fit in my Mercedes! Its like they googled pictures on a car and made mats based off pictures without basic design or engineering, their mats covered up my rear footwell lights, they went over hood latch! Now I have to pill off my floor mat to open my hood, rear mat fits too big and does not line up at all and covering up my floor air vents....when I contacted them with pictures of every angle of every issue, they replied that my request for refund or replacement has been declined!! So I just made them fit by redesigning and cutting them myself. PLEASE, do your research and spend a little more and go with Mannicci which I had in my wife’s BMW and they are amazing!

I give them 1 star because I did receive some products from them in 30 days. The item had a cut in the corner and I didn’t not receive the mat for the third row seat as they promised. I reached out to them via email numerous times and they ignored me. Now my last step is to Val my credit card company and cancel the transaction. This company so far shows that they do not care about their customers. DO NOT BUY FEOM THEM

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Do not order, it’s a scam!!! I placed my order and filed for a refund before I had even received my tracking number and they sent it out anyway. It’s been 3 months and my mats still aren’t in. I blame myself for not reading the reviews before purchasing.

Awful. Definitely a scam, “company” promises luxury mats and charge a LOT of money but you will most likely not receive the product. Don’t know how I fell for such an obvious scam; just don’t buy from them.

Please do not order. Complete scam. I ordered mats for my Audi R8 and they were complete pieces of junk, SO cheap and they took FOREVER to arrive, like months. Im so disappointed. They look so horrible I just threw them right in the trash, there was way that I could put such cheap mats in my beautiful car. The material was like some cheap nylon, just awful. Buyer beware!!

I do not recommend buying from ezymotor because it will take you four months to get anything from them, and on top of it they will literally fold although the formats up into a bundle like a pair of jeans and ship it to you. By the time you get it you are unable to return the product because it is a 30 day return policy and you are unable to get the actual wrinkles out of the actual format. So therefore the product is damage and you spent on $140 for nothing.

Not very responsive "company" if you can call it one. I received my floor mats. I'm disappointed, dont order anything from this website. The drivers floor mat fits good, but neither side cover all the way up. I dont know what is up with the back floormat piece. Should have just ordered off of ebay...

Worst mats ever. Dont waste your money on this! they are selling some plastic shiitttt mats calling them high quality leather! Freaking scammers may you burn in hell!

I did receive the mats. It took 3 months.. No clips or Velcro to help stay in place

Scam. Do NOT purchase from this company. I repeat, do NOT make a purchase from this company located in China. They sent me a fake tracking number over 40 days ago. I've sent multiple emails with no response and no tracking. Luckily I used PayPal and will be reinbursed fully from this sham company. I have escalated this through PayPal and they have yet to hear back from them over 2 weeks ago. Do dillegence and look up this company before sending them money as I've learned the hard way. Also, their fraudulent "Sale price" is also a scam. Buyers, you have been warned!

Bought these of this company, but it turns out is the same items that are from China that can be bought for 2/3 of the price on ebay or wish. The items took 8 weeks to arrive and then I had to pay an additional £18 duty tax for delivery. The fit wasn't bad around, apart from the drivers foot well, there was too much material, around 2 inches on the foot rest by my clutch which ment my foot constantly got caught on it. Too much material by the accelerator pedal, same issue there. The seller is now unresponsive and ignoring my emails. I wrote a review on website but it has not appeared, clearly filtering feedback. I would recommend buying of ebay, it's cheaper and atleast you have buyer protection.

I just received my black and red design mat to match my BMW. It was well packaged and it has a good fit to my car. Thank you very much. My gf likes it a lot.

I ordered floor mats for my car on 11/22 got a E mail on the order 139.80.dollars got a shipping notice on 12/02 still have not received the floor mats and cant contact anyone in this co. It is a complete SCAMMMMMM.i HAVE MY CARD COMPANY DISPUTING THE scam DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Should be ZERO stars!!!! Paid and no product and no return emails after they said they would speak to their higher ups!!! NOT LEGIT!!! Absolute SCAM!!! BEWARE!!!!!
