Edit: Customer service has reached out and kindly offered to honor the code I had used in my first attempt at renewing. I would still recommend changing your saved payment on profile beforehand, if you are renewing after a break. As it stands, there is no choice of payment for renewing, they will use the card on profile. The variety in product offerings in the store could really still use some work(especially makeup)and I wish some of the brands I was first introduced to and fell in love with would come back. But due to the customer service I have experienced recently being so good, I have decided to keep my subscription going and hope for the best. I also would recommend this company, due to the customer service being real people and real responses helping to resolve any issues.
After endless texts with enticing offers to rejoin, I renewed my annual subscription after taking a break. The promise made was a full free box in addition to the first annual box. I used the code given at the time of the order, but they charged my old card number without giving me an option to choose payment. Customer service told me they could charge new card and once cleared, would refund old card. Apparently that did not include duplicating my order as I made it with the coupon code, because I was never sent the free box. Not sure if customer service did this in error or if it's a way of the company not honoring promises. On top of that disappointment, the boxes themselves are full of products no one really wants. It's like those places that buy overstock or leftovers and pawn them off as a great deal. Anything decent is an add on and not a deal. I wish I hadn't renewed as an annual member because I'm locked in for a year, when I would really just like to cancel and get a refund for the last 3 seasonal boxes that I already assume won't be worth it.

Sketchy policies and no customer service
This company has the the worst customer service experience I have ever ever delt with. One time, I was left waiting in the chat for over an hour and a half, I had two different people text me, but then never responded back to me, and when I did finally have someone (Zakey Z) reach out to me on the chat, they left after 1 minute, before I could even type out a response. I then sent an email request where again I would have someone reach out, I would respond and then nothing. This happened 3 different times through email, and 2 times through text messages. Then again when I tried the chat for another question, the person just left mid conversation, blaming their system that times out after 3 mins of "inactivity". Even though I sent a message every minute so that it wouldn't time out. It really is a sketchy company. There are so many product reviews of customers not receiving products and then you can't talk with anyone in customer service. Save your money, not worth it.

I had a great customer service experience!
I had read a few reviews about the customer service being poor or non-existent, but my inquiry about an item that wasn't received was resolved quickly and above my expectations! The person I interacted with was friendly, explained the issue and gave me a credit to use for a later order. I'm very pleased!

Broken bracelet
The crystal bracelet I received in my Winter box broke after wearing it for 24 hours. I went to the help chat feature and had a response that was friendly and had detailed information on how they were going to get me a replacement.

Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. It’s always a robotic response and you can never call anyone. They take days to get back to you. They messed up my summer box and completely gave me the wrong items and they did apologize and then by the time they got back to me, most items were sold out so they decided to add a box to my subscription. Next box comes around, usps tells me my address is insufficient and sends it back to FabFitFun. My address was not insufficient, but anyway I try contacting them to get my box in shipping. They take multiple days to get back to me and proceed to tell me an item from my box is now sold out. Where the heck did it go??? I was actively trying to resolve this but they took DAYS. I’m so over this company. I’ve enjoyed receiving these boxes, but it’s one of the most expensive and they clearly have some major work to with customer service.

Not worth it
I have been using FabFitFun since 2018, I live overseas because of the military and have never had a problem with shipping here until they started to use FedEx. Since July 2024, 5 of 7 packages have not reached me. All three are sitting at a distribution center in Breinigsville, Pa. the one has sat there since Sep 19! While I contacted CS, it has been a pain each time. I have to try and explain I already had a credit and that was what was used to purchase the box. It has been like pulling teeth to get the full refund value or credit value. I am more disappointed because I ordered things purposefully and then never get them. I think this is a scam, one box went to a warehouse and then just turned around and went back to FFF, no notification or anything. I have also had items added to my cart during a sale (after I had deleted them prior to the sale ending). It is like the website resets and puts items back in the cart without me knowing and then I am charged for those items, it is always a surprise. I will be cancelling for sure once my annual is finished.

I’m very frustrated!
I’m very frustrated!! I live in the UK and signed back up with fff for the fall box. I used fff before and they were great so decided to join a yearly subscription. However, the fall box was lost in shipping apparently and never arrived. My winter box which the tracking label was created (8/11 and then shipped on 12/11) has not updated since creating the label. Customer service keep telling me it’s travelling across America in a truck to get to my closest hub and that’s what’s caused a delay. They just did not understand that a truck would not be delivering my box as I live in the UK. A box with a couple of add on’s was dispatched on the same day as my box and delivered yesterday. I asked for tracking and courier details and they provided me with a link to fff tracking. I’ve now spent £100’s and receiving very little and am now thinking that I’ve made a big mistake signing back up.

not bad but recharged us after cancelling
My wife and daughter signed up and enjoyed the service for a a year. My complaint comes from the fact they both cancelled the service but were still charged the following year. They clearly cancelled the subscription and had documented proof but had to deal with customer service to receive a refund for the unexpected charge. There was no debate they cancelled - it did not feel like a mistake they were charged again.
