The graphics started to peel off my shirt within a week, and the stitching came apart on my flight tag. No refund or exchanges because I wore them, even though I only got to wear them once.

Cautiously ordered item for delivery to Scotland. Jacket arrived swiftly and as described. Recipient delighted.

Based in the UK and ordered bits for my son's birthday- first purchase, several items so an expensive purchase. Wish id read these reviews before I did!
Customer service is awful - one of the items is clearly faulty, it broke after 5 time of wearing.
Waited for a reply and then was told to "take it to a tailor".
Ive gone back and explained its faulty and they are obligated to remedy/replace the faulty product and now we have radio silence.

I do not recommend buying from them. There are other brands with similar products that are cheaper and im sure their customer service is better - because it couldn't be worse than Fabric of the Universe.

It appears they dont care about the quality of their product or their customers.

Costumer services is non existent. Literally had to contact them for 2 months to get help with some sizes, which I described why I couldn't use the size chart, and I literally got a reply back "look at the charts", after 2 months of waiting... I needed help with US sizes as I wanted to surprise my American husband and I live in Denmark, so we don't use the same sizes and neither could I measure him. Support is literally useless, and it doesn't matter if you contact them on Facebook or by email.

OH and they use A LOT of AI in their products videos, as if it makes them cool and makes people buy their products, not understanding that people are more likely to avoid buying. I am not against AI but they'll literally use AI of half naked girls, just to thirst trap. I've never seen any other company this desperate, it's sad.

The products I did buy in the past, husband haven't complained YET.. But there will be hell if they do.

And don't get me started on why they got 2 domains, when I found that out, it instantly screamed scam company for me, especially with the issues listed above, and all the unhappy reviews.

I bought 2 bombers (the kitsune and the oni) and after only 1 month of wearing the kitsune 2 or 3 hours a day most of the decals came off, the oni held up better but after a few more months the decals have started to come off too, apart from that the fabric is resistant and keeps warm the only real problem is the decals

I bought this Hoodie. After a few weeks a discovered the first bad stiches / Problems with the fabric at the end of the arms. And thought it was my fault. But the problems with sewing went worse. And the Fabric loosen up more and more. After in the armpits, and some other places, the fabric was ripped, and the sewing was gotten worse.

I had contact because of this all with FotU about this all. They are not willing to accept that all,
- they sold this hoodie with bad issues, this hoodie, or batch has a big issue.
- They are hiding behind there "well beyond our return and exchange period"..... only 15 days.
- They have a very bad "business conduct", because there are several more customers with the same problem! (Look at Trustpilot / forum for some more replies).
- The Hoodie was produced in China, and they are asking a high price for this, and offering a very poor low quality!!!
- the fabric is ultra-heavy!!! This should be extra strong and durable.

And the end, they are not willing to bring up a suitable solution, and have a happy customer.

So I will not buy anymore again in the future. This Company is not trustworthy ......

Quando si tratta di Techwear, spesso si finisce per spendere una barca di soldi per dei prodotti di qualità scadente.

Non è stato il caso con FBRC, che offre dei capi di altissima qualità, prezzi contenuti (in base appunto alla qualità offerta) e uno stile a dir poco meraviglioso.

C'è da dire che il titolare del brand, Lawrence Kim, è estremamente umile, aperto e disponibile a nuove idee, suggerimenti e critiche costruttive ed è attivamente impegnato a rispondere personalmente a quante più richieste possibili da parte di utenti vecchi e nuovi.

Straconsigliatissimo!

Per quanto riguarda la qualità dei prodotti penso sia ottima, inoltre ogni articolo è davvero bello esteticamente. Ho preso due giacche che dal vivo sono ancora più belle che in foto. L’unico aspetto un po’ limitante, per cui non acquisto un maggior numero di prodotti, è la spedizione, che è molto costosa, però c’è di buono che il prodotto arriva davvero subito, nel giro di 2 giorni lavorativi. Tutto sommato esperienza eccellente, altamente consigliato!

Livraison prévu le 29 arrivé le 26 équipes super réactif et rapide le produit est parfait c'est exactement ce à quoi je m'attendais voir mieux en vraie merci beaucoup pour cette commande n'hésitez pas a commander le site est sur fiable et rapide 👍🤗😉

Bonne qualité de la matière, les flocages tiennent excellement bien au lavage (actuellement 4 sweat + une 30aine de lavages chacun et aucun souci).
Livraison en france rapide (-1semaine) pour des produits basés aux USA. Un peu cher mais globalement de très bonne qualité
