The Weights Were As Expected But the Shipping And Communications Was Poor
Ordering was easy and the weights are decent quality as expected. I actually bought the 20kg kit with kettlebell handles from Amazon last year so it's a good fit and all interchangeable. My only complaint was with the shipping, which was expensive and very slow. It cost just under $80 (no choice in service speed), and the communications about the delivery were zero. I ordered the kit on the 14th March, and while they were picked up in Sydney on 17th March the package sat around for a week before finally beginning its way to the Gold Coast. I eventually received the package this morning, March 31, two and a half weeks later. I received no notifications about the shipment or delivery at any stage, and only found out information tracking it myself online via Shop and the Hunter Express website. At one stage I checked in with Hunter Express by email via the website about why the shipment was taking so long and if they could give me an expected delivery date, but they did't respond. So I contacted Factory Fast by email also and they told me there was an unspecified "delay" and that the logistics on the webpage should update within 24-48 hours. Eventually it did, and there was a delivery window of 27 March to 1 April. I added detailed delivery instructions in case I wasn't home although I was planning to be as the kit weight 40kg. Yesterday morning, March 30, when I checked the webpage again just before 12.30pm, apparently a "delivery attempt" had been made about 15 minutes before. No one had called up to our apartment via the entry console (our videophone records callers including date and time), but I had a missed call at roughly the same time which went to voicemail but the person didn't leave a message so I assumed that was a spam caller. I found a phone number for Hunter Express online and called them soon after. I was told the shipment had been received from Factory Fast with no email address attached to it, which is why I had not received any notifications (although my mobile number was, so I could have received SMS). I was told the driver could not return same day, and I had to fight to get redelivery for the next day as I couldn't guarantee being at home all day on Weds or Thurs, and clearly the delivery instructions I left either hadn't been passed on or followed if they had. The Hunter Express page updated again this morning (before I had a chance to check it), but it didn't including anything about the redelivery today being confirmed. I was literally about to call Hunter Express again to see what was happening when the driver called and the delivery arrived. Such a kerfuffle! I am grateful I've received the weights before Easter but was very expensive shipping for the experience and took too long, along with such poor comms. Not sure I would buy from there again because of that.

The Instructions provided in the box with the item was not satisfactory. It was a very poor quality photo copy of instructions. After contacting the team at Factory Fast they were able to email me a copy of the instructions which was clear to see. The chair is comfortable to use.
