This is simply the best company I’ve ever dealt with. They have a great range of sustainable really beautiful products at very reasonable prices. I first shopped with the as their sale was excellent, everything went smoothly and I was delighted with my purchases (not to mention the hand written note and gift of essential oil) but the real test was when I had to return a faulty item (the manufacturers fault, not theirs), they were incredible! The return and replacement was as professional, pleasant and friendly as the purchase. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks Ann and James!

I made my first order with this company. My items arrived in beautiful sustainable packaging. A lovely note inside from the owners and chocolate disc it was lovely thank you. I'm so glad I stumbled across fearly especially as they are a sustainable company and are based in Ireland. I will definitely be ordering again and have told people about faerly so hopefully they will order from you too.

I seldom write reviews but faerly deserves a 5 star review to be written! I purchased an Aarke carbonater which was delivered within 48 hours. The carbonator is beautiful, so much nicer than the plastic soda streams! However it was the customer service and the extra little touches that really impressed me. A thank you card with a little chocolate attached, such a nice personal touch. There were also some queries about my order and James was so responsive and helpful. Faerly have an amazing product range and I will 100% be back to purchase more products. It was such a lovely shopping experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending Faerly to anybody!

This is a fantastic company. Great range of ecological and ethical products, super fast despatch and delivery and amazing customer service. I ordered the wrong item and returned it on Thursday, had a refund by 8.30 on Saturday morning.

Blown away. I was so excited to get my order delivered and jumped into cleaning right away. I have tried universal cleaner and toilet cleaner so far and I am seriously impressed. Wiped counters in the kitchen and now the whole first floor smells amazing (I demand shower gel smelling the same as your multipurpose cleaner 😅). Toilet cleaner literally melted away all grime. I sprayed and when came back in a few minutes to clean, the dirt was gone, it just disappeared. All I had to so was just to wipe dry. No need to scrub or use a sponge. Unbelievable. Can’t wait to try other products but have a feeling that my forever search for cleaning products have come to an end.
Oh and by the way, packaging was very cute and chocolate attached to a card made my daughter’s day!

I came across Faerly quite by chance the other night. I was looking for soap and as the company I normally order from was out of stock I started to look online and am I glad - I am DELIGHTED to say the least. Faerly delivered the package via DPD which arrived promptly. The packaging was delightful with a little reminder on the box to recycle. Inside was a gorgeous little post card with a personal note from Joe thanking me for my order. The little chocolate mint was a lovely gesture. I will definitely use Faerly again.
