I wish I would have checked the reviews before ordering. Unfortunately, my shopping experience unfolded the same way it apparently did for many others. Had to continuously chase them for items I've ordered in early December. At the end of December, I was eventually sent a Royal Mail shipment order ID, which up until today (another month later), is still awaiting the items from FairnessCo.
If I can't get a refund, I'll try and press legal actions.

Recieved an email on the 30th December after my review on this site, saying that they were processing my refund and it would take 8-10 days to clear. I STILL haven't received either the refund or my goods. Now sorting legal action. Absolutely disgraceful.

I wish I had checked the reviews on this company before placing my order. I ordered an item on Jan 1st and up until now, I haven't received it. I was given a tracking number and Royal Mail are saying they have not received the parcel. This company is a scam and I would advise everyone to avoid it like the plague. They are definitely thieves and I doubt they even have products to sell, judging by all of these bad reviews of unreceived items.

I didn't spend much with them but I am going to take it further on principle, especially now that I can see so many other customers have had the same experience!

Zero star these people are thieves. Bought my item since the 7th Jan 2020 till now nothing.they sent me a royal mail stupid tracking number. I tracked it on royal mail and they said they haven't receive any items from these thieves. Contacted them they said they will sort it. still haven't heard from them. Avoid buying from these thieves

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE placed order on 4th January 2020 took money from my account but have not received notification or order, very very bad customer service be warned!!!!!!!

I can't speak highly enough of my first experience shopping with FairnessCo Beauty Shop. I wanted to try The Ordinary skincare range but was overwhelmed with all the choices and needed some direction specifically for my skin. I noticed in the FAQ area of each product that buyers were encouraged to email if you needed advice so I sent the team a quick email. I got such an amazing detailed response with not only which products to try but also in what order and what time of the day to use them!
I don't think I'll be looking elsewhere for my beauty needs from now on!

Perfect products. Delivery is always prompt. Regularly order from here. Would 100 recommend.

I was sent the wrong items and for the past weeks i have tried to contact them but nothing has been sorted. Please avoid them

Only sent half my order, charged me for complete order. Asked for photos as proof which were sent, was fobbed off with emails calling me ‘Dear’ and then emails stopped altogether. No refund, no replacement, very unprofessional, avoid.

I placed my order on 5/11/19 and haven't received my item yet. I got a royalmail reference number but on tracking it I get the message that the order has not been dispatched yet . FairnessCo has not even bothered to responds to my multiple emails to their customercare requesting a refund.
I am now planning to start an official complaint process.

I purchased an item three weeks ago and till now i have no idea where it is. They wont respond to email and wont answer the phone. This is stealing! I see that so many people have had similar experiences. These guys should be arrested and asked to shut down. I need my money back from these thieves. If you’re going to make money, at least have the decency to work for it! Thieves!
