The Goldfish Pond Association of Lynn, Mass purchased the 25' pole and 1500 LED 's. The LED's failed while under warranty in 2021. About 33% of the lights on the tree went blank last year on and around Christmas before we took the tree down the 1st week of January. Those lights still do not work. Hence, we needed a new webbing.

Mureen Ezenden and Ellen Nassette approved a warranty claim who I have been dealing with. I am the Secretary for the Goldfish Pond Association. Fairybell sent the order to Hemsson, but the LED lights we received were the wrong ones. I returned the lights to Hemsson. Ellen Nassette gave us a new code and we ordered the correct product the 1500 LED's Warm White but once again the lights received were the 800 cm/250 LED Warm White.

The folks I have dealt with via e-mail have all been super respectful and accommodating, but I've now gotten the wrong order twice.

We still need the 1500 LED's in Warm White. Can you help?

The product, so far is nice.
Customer service not. Emails went unanswered, phone calls, forget it. The number would tell you to have your order number ready then tell you to email them and disconnect the call. The order arrived in a box that looked like it had been through the war. Tape all over it and beaten up.

20 FT Multi Color with flag pole included, the pole is flimsy at best, the plastic sleeve provided to hold up the flag pole will shatter the second you attempt to drive it in the ground, I had to go get 2" EMT and use that to hold up the flag pole, the instructions are completely useless, they don't tell you, you need to snap the back side of the lights to complete the "tree" other wise you have a bunch of lights hanging from a flag pole, I expected way more for the almost $500usd

Have 5 different fairy bell trees 2 20ft and 3 13ft we add a new one every year no problems at all they bring the Christmas spirit in

A little bit of a con ! Great lights but we just bought a £400 6ft tree as it was advertised well and even a video showing how it goes up . We were sold but when it turned up there no pole ? So basically it’s useless without it ! Guess what it’s not included!!! Whattttt… it’s another £150 for the pole but it doesn’t state that on the advert anywhere not even at checkout! Madness, What a con ! Watch out for this one folks . Very disappointing and dishonest

Package arrived on time w some damage to the outer box. Main box inside was perfect. We haven’t yet set up lights. But it looks good so far. Thanks

I purchased me pole light early, not knowing it wasn't in stock yet. I reached out to FAIRYBELL quite a few times just to check up on my order. They were always polite and quick to respond to assure the my order would be shipped asap

I tried last year to make a purchase of a LED flag pole Christmas tree. Despite what appeared to be a completed transaction and notifications of pending shipping my credit card was never charged. I tried reaching out to customer service twice, without resolution.
I am rating them now because twice in the last week they have emailed me asking me to complete this survey.
Bottom line….they didn’t seem concerned last year, but suddenly want my review.

The kit that I bought with my Christmas flagpole was supposed to come with a storage bag it did not come with the free storage bag. It was false advertisement, saying it came with one

I love my Fairybell lights!! Instructions could be a bit better, but I’m looking forward to having them up again this year!!
