Not recommended / cheaply made

I ordered a 33 ft. 8000 light tree. I received it very quickly, and it is beautiful. However, when trying to setup, I discovered that the wiring harness wasnot long enough to adequately spread the bottom of the tree. After trying to contact customer service multiple times to no avail, I just ordered the correct harness at my expense. I got the tree set up and it looked fantasitc. However, after only one day of use, I have 1 section not working. I believe there is a broken wire in that section. In my opinion, the wiring for these trees is way to light/cheaply made considering it is for outdoor use. I wish I had not invested so much money in this, and I would not recommend!

Everything worked out

I ordered lights that were not as described, and although it took a couple weeks Fairybell fully refunded my order.

Fantastic looking tree.

Well, initially putting the tree together it seemed there were some directions just not mentioned, between the pictures and the video, I THINK we have it together properly. At night, the tree looks fantastic. Just wish the instructions were more specific.

Hello I purchased a Fairybell 26 ft…

Hello I purchased a Fairybell 26 ft Order FBUS6575 with flagpole.

I am very disappointed with the quality. First the screw that secures the top continues to fall off as there was not a pre-drilled hole in the flagpole tube to securely fasten it.

Second, the ground sleeve is terribly designed: it’s should be made of metal in the least. It shattered inside the ground when the flagpole was inserted into it.

You need to send me a flagpole with predrilled hole for the screw to secure the top and a new ground sleeve that is metal so that it does not shatter, or I will need a refund of the entire order.

Sorry to hear your experience with our product was a bad one. We aim for the best experience so we take your feedback into account.

Normally, there should be a hole in the top to screw the ball and pulley in.

The ground sleeve should be strong enough to hold winds up to 38 mph. In the instructions we do state that we advise to bring down the Fairybell when winds are higher than this.

No customer service!

I have mailed customer service a few times to no avail and called and the same thing. I ordered two large light trees. One of them appears to be in cologne, Germany. The other has been in West Virginia for 3 days. 🤷🏽‍♂️. If they just would commentate.

As far as we can see both orders has been shipped. It's out of our power what happens with the packages once they have been collected by UPS and FedEx. Both packages are in US already, so it shouldn't take too long anymore. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Ordered the 33 ft tree

Ordered the 33 ft tree. Looked AMAZING. 10 days later, it was destroyed. My fault. I didn't read the (tiny) print to drop it if it was windy. Tried to order parts for the tree and got back a message I didn't understand. Called and was told someone would call me back. Have called about 6-8 more times and can't reach anyone. It will miss the holiday this year. $1400 and it's just siting here.

Ordered a 20ft tree on 11/28 with not shipping info.

Ordered (#FBUS6381) a 20ft tree on 11/28. I have yet to receive any shipping information regarding my order. I have called and emailed multiple times, with no response. My guess is this is a one-man show that has no idea how to run a company. The website indicates shipping within 24-48 hrs of ordering, that is just not the case. At this point it will be after Christmas before it's delivered. Do not order from this company!

QC wasn't what I expected...

One of the twist caps was installed backwards on the string meaning I'm not able to properly seal one of the strings of lights at the plug. Seems like a pretty big oversight and makes me a little worried about leaving it outside in the rain as it seems less weatherproof now.

FairyBell warranty coverage.

This was the second year we put up our 33 foot/8000 LED light flagpole Christmas tree…
To our surprise, one section was not lighting properly. I called the 800 number and was immediately greeted by a very friendly and helpful voice. She asked me to perform two tasks while I was outside next to my lights.
they didn’t correct the problem. She assured me not to worry, and they were going to overnight me a brand new entire section.
I received my replacement lights the very next day, completely under warranty and at no cost to me!!! my experience couldn’t have went any smoother or pleasant!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Replaceable power transformer...Nice!

I appreciate that the Fairybell flag pole light tree power transformer could be replaced, it wasn't hardwired into the power cables. Selection of the correct replacement transformer was aided by a few product questions.

Customer service so far is not good

I have sent an email and been trying to call customer service and nobody has gotten back to me and nobody picks up on the number. It just says nobody can answer my call and hangs up. I have a brand new smart magic tree that is awesome except for it’s got a few defects on it and I would like it rectified. $700. It should work the way it works.

Still haven’t received the order never…

Still haven’t received the order never got confirmation of order then wrote to the company they gave me a date it missed the delivery date and hence the event i needed it for and yes well it’s been a mess dealing with this company

Detangling and spacing properly will drive you to Madness

Received a brand new 13 ft. tree with pole and 640 lights and simply struggled horribly to put it up. The concept of how to put it up is easy to understand, but the reality is an absolute nightmare, and you are on your own to go hunt for how-to videos to find details. When you do find the videos, they completely gloss or skip over the untangling part. The massive wire jumble mess of spider webbed circuits and snaps all tangled on top of each other will drive you totally insane. None of the main strands are numbered 1 through 8, or whatever. All Fairybell would have to do to fix this mess is number the top and bottom loops in sequence so you can put them evenly around the pole at the top, and then evenly by the same number on the bottom. They simply don't lay out logically, and you wonder about basic questions like "What's with all these snaps? Should I unsnap all these snaps, or leave them snapped? Why would you use snaps?" Nobody tells you. After an hour and a half of swearing in the cold I could still only untangle 65% of this octopus net. The top loops at the top of the pole just don't distribute evenly and you're on your own to figure out the order of how the loops should attach to the small top rail (again, numbering would fix this) Then the top loops pop off while you're adjusting other parts and you have to re-do it again. It's a horror show. This is a Christmas decoration for Zen Buddhists with unlimited patience who don't have a linear concept of time. The instructions are pictograms only with not one word of English or any other language. The wire bundle had some colored ribbon bows on it that I cut off right away while unpacking it. Only later did I figure out that I don't think you're supposed to untie those bows until you have the bundle up on the pole - BOY I WISH SOMEBODY HAD TOLD ME THAT. The distance measuring belt didn't seem to be the correct distance at all and the bottoms are way too close to the pole. The result for my tree looks like it was put up by a drunk, with a tight wad of unfathomable tangles at the top. I'm too angry to take it down, and will suffer through this first season with jokes from the neighbors, but it goes straight in the trash next month. A horrible waste. I am angry and frustrated and had so much hope for this decoration that I wanted to keep for the years ahead.

Besides, if you bought the product new, it should not be tangled at all. If that was the case, please contact our customer service department so we can see what we can do to meet your expectations. in the end, you have a 3-year warranty period and if the Fairybell is not tangled (like it should be when it's new), you do not need the time to set it up as you needed now.
