These people from "Sweden" are complete con artists. Let me list the many many red flags I noticed when talking to the customer service and paying. First of all They did not have my country in the list where they send their products. I believe it was never there. When I mentioned they said "no, that is just a bug on the site" and then they "fixed" it in 5 minutes or so. So they added Finland to the countries only few days ago. What else. This guy in the customer service said he didn't receive the money I sent them and that it will automatically be returned to me in 3-5 work days. That by itself sounds like complete lie but then they said that "Let's make a deal that you pay us 24 euros and then you can pay the rest when you get the automated refund back, then we will send the package on Friday (that was like day after tomorrow then)". I was stupid and accepted this deal. Because really what kind of business sends a product to a customer when they've only received some 10-15 percent of the cost of the product. NO business in the world would agree to that but because these people are scam artists so that was okay for them. Oh and there was also this show they prepared for me where he "contacted" his manager to ask if it is okay to send a product after I have only given them 10-15 percent of the money and then pay rest like 3-5 days later. This guy could reach to his manager and negotiated with him whether to send product with this little money and then the customer will pay back 3-5 days later and the manager gave a permission. This customer service dude did all this in like 4 minutes. Which is impossible when you think about it. I believe the whole manager person wasn't contacted at all in that sitaution, it was just a show to make it look more believable. Then Friday came and they said they had an issue and they could not send and then they said in very broken english and very short message "send monday and you receive tuesday", of course monday comes along and they didn't send anything. And holy crap believe me these people are good. Like they are very good at luring people in these scams. They are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and spend so much time to help in all kinds of issues, like literally they were the friendliest customer service ever before they got my money but after they got the money plus the extra compensation money (even though they say they didn't get it and it will automate back to me in 3-5 days) they became much much more quiet and barely talked to me at all anymore on whatsapp. And of course that happened. They achieved what they wanted to achieve, scam money out of this stupid person. Oh and the last 2 days before blocking them they completely ghosted me but using another phone they went online immediately after sending them a message. NEVER TRUST these people. They will never send your product and you will never see your money ever again.
