Avoid. I had a terrible experience here. Honestly, the jackets aren't what they appear to be. I bought the yellow "Demi Moore" jacket and it looks great on the website photos as the photos are from the movie and not from the actual jacket that you will receive. Spent £80 on it. I know it isn't an insane amount of money for a jacket but I avoided buying the one on Shein which is £20 because I thought this would be much better. Turns out what they send is the exact one that's on Shein for £20, which looks more like a cheap bath robe than a movie jacket. I was appalled by the quality, the colour and the make. Terrible. Wanted to return it and took a few back and forths to then agree on a part refund of half the price. I only settled for this to avoid having to go through the hassle of returning but I'm embarrased to wear it. Even my 5 year old told me I was still on my dressing gown when I wore it to take him to school.

Giving 5 stars because of the excellent customer service I have received. I ordered a jacket and it ran way too small. I reached out about the issue and the company wasted no time addressing the issue and finding a solution. They have been so helpful and respond every time!

I bought a jacket from this company it was for a carrie bradshaw lightblue denim blazer what I got was a dark blue man's jacket i was shocked so I contacted them for a replie they asked for proof then offered partial refunds time and time again ended up contacting my bank they got my money back very painful experience now they are trading by shop electric now don't buy 😢

Very poor attitude when asking for refund, asking for photos ignoring the main complaint of a damaged zip although quality of jacket was very poor overall.would advise anyone who deals with this operation to contact your bank when a refund is not forthcoming, they will then take the matter further . The more who do this will expose this poor after sales attitude.

Avoid this company as they sell fake goods in poor condition. I ordered a stussy hoodie which arrived with two stains on and you could clearly tell it was fake. I messaged the company to arrange a return and they replied saying this was not possible ad they had problems with their warehouse. They first offered me a replacement for £30 or a 30% refund, when I refused they offered me 50% refund, then 70% refund. After numerous emails and me then stating under the consumer rights act 2015 that I am entitled to a full refund they promised me this with 10 days. After this time period had passed I had still not received a refund so I went to my bank and they refunded my money in full immediately.

The jacket I ordered didn’t fit me — it was too big. I reached out to the team at Famous Jackets to ask how to return it and get a refund.
To be fair, they offered me another size and a few other options, but the coat was still a bit large.
Once I decided to go ahead with the return, they handled everything quickly and professionally — no messing around. As soon as I sent over the info they needed, the refund process was smooth and hassle-free.

Do not buy from this website.

Iv had the worst experience with them. They sent me counterfeit goods thats to small. They refused to take the jacket back on a return and refused to give me a refund.

The jacket was poorly made and is not wearable. I paid £88 for it. Now i have no jacket and no refund. Iv been trying to get a refund for a month now.

Avoid this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are not a UK company as advertised on their website. Site should be closed down.

Slim fit tuxedo came up a bit big on the trousers but the jacket and waistcoat were great. Pity about the trousers but top class customer service. Quick replies. Very helpful. Got a full refund as promised.

Scammers. The product is terrible, the jacket is poorly cut, poorly sewn, I can't even figure out what kind of fabric it is, certainly not what they say on the website. They were going to refund my money over a month ago, but I've already lost hope

What a disappointment. After placing my order for a Beetlejuice Halloween costume it started feeling very strange as the contact email address (info @) doesn’t receive emails (mail delivery failure email) and the contact us form on the website doesn’t result in any contact, neither does the ‘request a call back’ link. I then came to read the reviews and immediately regretted my decision. Having had no contact for 10 days I started gathering my evidence to report to the bank and I suddenly get some DPD Skynet tracking number. It arrived today (11 days after ordering) and it is certainly not worth £99! As mentioned by my partner “it looks and feels like a £29.99 outfit re-packaged for £99”…the material certainly is not comfortable and I can feel the seems for the arms already starting to fray/tear. A true disappointment for £99. I have returned to the website to try and find the advert to re-read the description and it has now mysteriously disappeared. What a waste of money.

Ordered a Rory McIlroy golf hoodie.
It arrived looking NOTHING like the photo and the quality was terrible, poorly made, with threads sticking out and weird size/shape. Also not fit for purpose as the material and sizing are unsuitable to play golf in.
It’s took over a month of negotiations to finally get my money back, in full. Wish I’d looked at the reviews first.

My husband ordered a jacket from this company. Delivery was slow, quality poor, and returns process ridiculous- including wanting you to send pictures of you wearing the item.
Will make sure to check out reviews of any unfamiliar companies in future, as if I had done so for this company would definitely not have ordered from them.

Absolutely delighted with my jacket. It’s great quality and looked just like the picture.
I would definitely purchase from them again. Once shipped delivery only took a couple of days.

Ordered a coat at a cost of £79.00 item didn't match the description and the quality is terrible. Wish I had read the reviews first. Give them a miss. Cheap and nasty rip offs.
A quick update. Although they've received the garment back to them. They're still refusing to refund me until I take this review down.
I've said that I'll be most happy to take this down, once I've been refunded.
Do yourselves a favour and avoid these people at all costs.

Complete scammers selling fake merchandise which looked real on the website. It looks like a proper legit UK website but it’s not at all they’re all from Pakistan and that screams scammers. I wanted to try and get a refund they said no even though it says on their website you’re allowed 30 days the jumper that I bought I ordered a large and it’s come up small do not order from this dodgy website. Hope they get shut down. They are also using someone else’s bank information as I called the recipient on my bank statement and it comes up with a completely different company altogether. I think this is another way to invade what they’re trying to do scam and self fake products.

So wished I had read these reviews about the Stussy hoodie as it did come from Pakistan as everyone is saying and is a fake. Quality is awful and we paid 59. I have told Stussy and Trading Standards. Await a response from the company but not holding my breath!

I wish I'd read these reviews first as their own web reviews are all showing as good! The Stussy hoodie arrived and smells weird, the print on it is thick and clearly fake, it's lined really weirdly. Contacted customer service and they keep fobbing me off and asking for the same info. Worries if I try to return it I'll lose both my money and the item as I guess I could sell it as a fake to get some money back! Avoid at all costs!
