This is my second time using Farani Taylor for a family court matter and they were amazing yet again. I specifically worked with Ishratara Islam and Sandra Brown and they were both really amazing, patient, understanding and professional. Ishratara worked on my previous case and our first conversation 3 years later, she still remembered alot of details of my original case, which was extremely impressive for me as well as comforting. Both cases were ruled in my favour. I couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you for your help once again.

Hi Sana - Hope you had a good week. I'm following up on our Croydon property transaction.

I understand form our solicitor that you have agreed to complete the property transaction today (15/Aug).

And, today my solicitor and the estate agent has been trying to reach you whole day to check when the funds will be transferred. My solicitor spent lot of time in getting the redemption statement from our lender so that she can redeem our mortgage today. However, It's 5pm now, and we are really concerned as my solicitor has not received any response from you so far and she has no clue as to whether you received the funds from your lender and what time you will transfer it to them and finish the transaction.

And, I just received an update from them saying they can't redeem our mortgage even if they receive the funds from you tonight as it is too late. And, the agent can't handover the keys to the buyer as they are closed at 5pm.

What's going on? Very poor communication and time management!

Salam All. Just had a best experience with farani taylors law firm. I’ve tried many solicitors but this law firm is the best one yet. 3 to 4 months before when i contacted one of the best solicitors in this firm “ Sammer khan” for my younger brother visa as he had some very unfortunate experience right after he arrived in uk. He fell sick and diagnosed with cancer so he wasn’t able to continue student visa. But “Sammer khan” handled the case very efficiently and my brother’s FLR visa just got accepted in 3 to 4 months. Prior to FLR his fee wavier application was also accepted which was handled by “Sammer khan as well”

I am very pleased with Jacky Chung for the professional manner in which he handled my property transfer transactions Jacky Chung's exceptional communication skills made the entire process smooth and stress-free. This so-called law firm is an absolute disgrace, especially the individual who goes by the name of Aftab Albert, with whom I unfortunately had the displeasure of meeting. He was responsible for my case being rejected a few years ago due to his negligence and lack of effort in handling the matter properly. Despite his incompetence, he had no problem constantly chasing me for payment. When the case was turned down, he had the audacity to be rude and blame me for the outcome, even though I had simply followed his poor advice as I'm the client a solicitor. He then completely ignored me and stopped responding. He never faced any repercussions from higher management and continued working there. I doubt this was his first instance of being unprofessional and dismissive. Farhan Farani was the owner when the firm was operating, but after doing some research, it appears that Farani Taylor “Solicitors” was dissolved and rebranded as City Solicitors (I wonder why!). Their online reputation is far from positive. Farani should be ashamed of having such individuals on his team. I highly recommend steering clear of this firm if you want to avoid unnecessary stress. A total waste of time and money! Absolute disgrace!
