This company is a completely trash
I made a reservation and they tooks many days to send me the boarding passes
My sitting kids on the emergency door and I have travel separated because of that
My returning they never answer the phone and didn’t send the passes they stole my money such fu……. Scammers

Un agencia fraudulenta mentiroso te envia en voleto y luego los cancelan no CAIGAN EN SUS MENTIRAS fraude todooooo te habla la misma persona siempre con sus embuste

Son estafadores. No entiendo como siguen circulando. Cómo es posible que aparecen en páginas oficiales.
Tienen más de una semana de dar largas a mi boleto. No compren con ellos.

This company is a scam they charged me for 2 round trip tickets but they only provided me with 2 one way tickets. This company is doing business as faresprime.com and they are bad

Por favor no crean nada de lo que te dicen estas personas todo es mentira nunca te reservan nada compran con créditos de otros pasajeros y al final la aerolínea te cancela porque es falso dos meses llamando cada día y al final tuve que compra mi pasaje carísimo de un día para otro porque estos estafadores me ivan a dejar sin viajar

Esta agencia es una completa estafa, no hagan hagan ninguna reserva con estos delincuentes, se te roban el dinero y nunca te rembolsan..... te hacen perder el tiempo mediante llamadas y mensajes que son interminables, te prometen que te van a solucionar, pero es puras mentiras y al final no te solucionan nada y te envían reservas que al final las cancelan y piden rembolso directos a las aerolíneas y a ti te dejan sin dinero y sin los ticks aéreos. las aerolíneas no se responsabilizan de lo que estos delincuentes hacen con las personas que necesitan realizar una reserva de cualquier tipo con FARESPRIME es una ESTAFA TOTAL.

The price that was not as advertised as when it came to the final price it was almost double. Also being out side the US this is not a toll free number and as you have to call them you are paying international fees, they hung up on me the first time and took a very long time to get any information concluded when I called them back, was then told that my conformation email and ticket will be sent the next day but only to receive another email for me to call them back. I asked them to call me and they said they can’t call international. I asked them to cancel everything they took $50.00 for doing nothing. I am a frequent flyer and would never recommend using this site to anyone. Worst customer service!

Hice una reservación con esta empresa, para volar a Orlando (MCO), me enviaron el tickect, me cobraron y luego me enviaron con el mismo codigo de reservación un vuelo a Fort Lauderdale. Perdi mas de 100 us y al final no pude viajar. La empresa no es confiable. Lo que publican, luego tratan de cambiarlo.

Compré un pasaje a 179 y al otro día lo fui a confirmar y me cobraron 100 dólares más para que era para la agencia y si lo cancelaba me cobraban 50 dolores..ESTAFADORES..

Had the same issue as others, book it a ticket online and received a call to let me know, that an extra 20 to 25% of the tickets will added fees agency or whatever.
I declined and asked to cancel my reservation or pay the amount showed on their website.
After paying, was told , expect email confirmation in 24 hours,
Called 48hours and canceled and sent an email for cancellation as a proof .
Again, I was told the refund will take 24 hours, after back and forth with Alex, I received a cancellation email.
Don’t do Business with them, it’s a Scam…

Experimente todo lo que decriben los demas comentarios. Innumerables cancelaciones y envios de codigo de reserva y boletos de abordar, pero finalmente pude viajar de ida y de regreso.
Muy molesto e inseguro el proceso pero finalmente el objetivo se cumplio.

Volé sin ningún problema, gracias Faresprime por una experiencia grandiosa !!!! ❤️
