I did not have the best experience in…
I did not have the best experience in trying to changing a reservation for an airline ticket due to becoming ill. I already was ill and yet the agent kept me on the phone for over an hour, most of the time on hold while he canceled my reservation and rebooted my trip and then he pushed for a 5 star satisfaction which was frustrating when he basically threatened I would not receive credit for my first trip even though I was rebooking and it wasn't my fault I got sick. After this trip on Oct 14th I will not use this service again. Paula Morrow
