This should be a minus rating. You guys ruined my new year and thanks to Nash for being so incompetent and make up stories. Paid to change my ticket for Jan 01 2023. Showed up at the airport and was told they could not find my ticket. Called fare trolley and they were unreachable. I was unable to travel because of your mistake. Nash stop giving false information to clients. Go listen to our conversation from the start then my advice to you is look for a better scamming job to do. Even the supervisor Benetton could not solve anything. You Faretrolley and your so called staff ruined my new year. Bunch of liars and good fir nothing.

I had a wonderful experience with the company because the Booking was very nice lovely and fast. I was looking for online a tickets more dans one hours. Who's helped me with my ticket was patient honest and friendly. Thank you for doing that.

Bunch of Liars,incompetent and lack of professionalism are part of the qualities of the agents. I was dealing with Nash and Benetton they both had promised about refund of our tickets to our credit card for amount of $3429.67. But have not received it yet. It’s been over a month.

We went to the airport to find out our booking is missing ticket number for one passenger.

Nash is a liar was confirmed by one of her colleague today. She told me he lied about our refund.

Cash helped me and he did a good job
