Took car in at 08.00. Unfortunately failed it’s mot but was promptly contacted and car was repaired and mot’d the same day.

Communication is awful
Communication is awful. I rang 3 or 4 times to see if the car was ready but nobody ever answers the phone. When I went to collect the car it was ready but nobody had called me and the phone was still ringing unanswered. Shame as have always had good service form Farmers previously.

Service carried out efficiently and courteously
The check in and pick up were dealt with courteously and efficiently. As far as I can tell, the service has been carried out properly and the car was in tidy condition when I picked it up. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the customer assistant told me they had tried to phone me during the day, but I assured him that had not happened, and my phone was with me and fully charged all day. It wasn't a problem for me as I had intended to pick the car up nearer closing time, but it would have helped.

Great service
This was quick and easy to use from booking online in the morning. I went in the afternoon for 2 tyres to be changed all done within 30 mins.
Friendly staff members and very efficient.

I needed 4 new tyres and did query the fact that they were all different makes as I hadn’t experienced this before -however staff assured me this was safe practice

Friendly guys, efficient service. I ordered 2 front tyres which were done. They also gave a recommendation as to when I’d need to replace the back ones, but no pressure to do so now
