I will paste over some of the content of my email request, that they have failed to respond to:
"You send emails with the limited time offers on, however, the items are not necessarily in stock. I understand that perhaps demand would be high, however, unless you make the effort to have more stock available, there will not be enough to go round. I have been to the Halesowen store three times to get the offer on the 18 omega fish fingers for 99p. Not once have they been in stock. Furthermore, from the small space allocated for this item, it is clear that stocks would not last five minutes. It's not just time wasted, but also money getting there.

Are you purposely deceiving customers, just to get them through the doors? I might as well just walk up the road to my local Asda, the amount of money it's costing me every time.

Perhaps the matter should also be reported to Trading Standards.

I visited the mitcham surrey store last week and it was a mess empty shelfs stock in the wrong freezers just felt generally unloved and dirty

Love this shop only started shopping here this year but it’s great.
Amazing prices and some big brands

Frozen chicken and fish are amazing value.

Also the gyoza are amazing £12 in Wagamamas and they are a box for a £10. Sell out quickly though

Been using this discount store for a while now, my favourite place to shop, the discounts are amazing, and I find the frozen food is a fraction of other supermarket prices, for example I bought some Birds Eye breaded chicken for 99p, went into Asda and the same chicken is £3.75. They offer money off coupons if you spend a certain amount , and usually have multi buy deals , such as 3 packets of cheese for £5.

I've been to the Carlisle store three times only as this is the nearest shop which is over 25 miles away.
Good quality, especially the frozen salmon, competitive pricing and very helpful and polite staff.

Spent about £100 each visit to make it worthwhile

I used to shop regularly at Farmfoods and found that you can buy top brand items at really good discounted prices. The only downside is that some products may be close to their expiration date. However, the price difference compared to other supermarkets is significant.

Another benefit of shopping at Farmfoods is that if you register your email address on their mailing list, they send you money-off vouchers. This adds extra value to your purchases. Additionally, if you buy in bulk, you can save even more.

I usually go to the Farmfoods in Leigh Park, Havant. The staff there are very friendly, parking is easy, and the store is not too crowded. Overall, I would definitely recommend Farmfoods .

I would like to leave a review for for the amazing staff at the Farmfood store in Llanelli. SA15 3EQ.
The staff at this store are truly amazing.
Nothing is too much trouble them.
They give the impression of being genuinely interested in helping me which is a real credit to them.

They offer to load my car as I always purchase cases of drink, pet food and large sacks of dog biscuits and I am waiting on 4 bone replacements.

Both the manager and the assistant manager are very professional, kind, caring and approachable as are the rest of the staff.

I hope the staff are given the recognition they so rightly deserve.

Sent pictures of mould on there bag of potatoes and received no reply or apology even though showed receipt and pictures. So be careful what you buy. Please also note sent pictures of complaint to Farm foods no reply received. Showed what a professional company and service they give to us the public.

Farm foods Hereford is always clean and always well stocked staff r friendly and helpful i now do my big shop and top up shop there. all the staff r friendly and helpful not just one or two but all . i would recommend this store to everyone.

Terrible service making everynody wait to be served

Went to Aylesbury store and the team were very helpful, They got the items off the shelf and carried them to the till for me as I'm disabled.

Farmfoods, Hulme, Manchester is a blight on Farmfoods as a company. The upper store management are rude, unhelpful and borderline aggressive with their own staff.

One lady, supervisor I guess, was berating and belittled a young staff girl on the shop floor, in full earshot of me and other customers. Disgraceful.

Farmfoods, Hulme is not a good shop, and a terrible experience.

I would recommend that the staff are put on a training course to learn correct customer service, and how to interact with the public.

Head office is a disgrace. Management don't value their staff. And high up directors are ignorant and rude. Always looking for staff due too colleague quitting alot. Always faults in head office.

Value for money. But attitude and service is totally disgusting. Why open a small branch at 10.30am for browsing and not serve customers until 11am on a Sunday just does not make sense. If it law hours of work is 11am-5pm that's how it should be not making customers wait 15 before being served.

Me, my husband and my son went to farmfoods in glenrothes today and we are very impressed with the cleanliness of the store. Also our cashier gwen was very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated gwens help bagging our items. Will definitely shop there again.

I can't speak for them as a company but my local store in Poole is amazing, always great value and the staff are always so polite and helpful wherever they can. The store is always so tidy and organised. I pop in once a week to grab a few bits and it's always a pleasure.

I purchased a airfryer to find out it was faulty so went back to the Hemsworth branch and explained what was happening the shop assistant told me so and offered me a refund when I told him I paid with cash he said we don't give cash refunds so put it on my card so I'm having to wait 14 days for it back absolutely disgusting
