I live in Colorado an no where here could guarantee the resizing an that if something happened to my emeralds in the ring roger said he would make sure it was perfect an if something broke he would fix it. I even got it engraved. I contacted Facinatingdiamonds online with a special request. I wanted to use my own center stone and change the colored stones in their original setting. They would also have to change the setting to accomodate my stone. Roger was terrific to work with. Just have to say we love love Roger! We had such a wonderful experience with purchasing my engagement ring. It's a gorgeous pear shaped diamond with a princess cut band and a design on the inside of the band that gives a vintage feel. It's everything we were looking for and more! Not only is the ring itself a beauty but the way it came packaged was incredible. The box for the ring had an led light inside which lit up the carot diamond on top like it was on fire. And that box came inside another larger black box which was very classy and had all the paper work for your diamond inside. We are so pleased that Roger is custom making my wedding band to look like my engagement ring! And we also plan on getting my fiancee wedding band there as well.
