Barely answers your texts and when they do they take atleast 24hours and mostly never replies

Ordered many times and it's amazing quality, definitely will order again

(Especially clothes they are great quality, though some are out of stock and will give different designs)

I bought Travis Scott’s and when I tried them it was amazing quality, bit uncomfy, but what do you expect from a rep, overall, 4/5

Please report this business at dubai customer protection and at report online fraud - both simple online channels.
As the rest of you says, they deliver the items , either wrong or faulty , accept only cash on delivery, then disappear.
Most of their preys are young boys who try to buy affordable brands .
As a parent i urge everyone to go to their instagram /and to above mentioned channels to report them .

Cheaters and now not responding

Scamers scamers, I order a pair of shoes and they deliver the shoe both for left feet, i texted then notified about the mistake but looks like they did it purposely and now they are not even responding, they are scamers so stay alert!!

We ordered some clothes, when arrived we paid all but 1 items was missing, even after several messages and emails not answering, so LOSED MONEY and NO ITEM.
Not trustable seller.

I ordered a few perfumes from this site, and unfortunately, two of them arrived broken. The packaging was poor, and it’s clear there was no proper care taken while shipping. I immediately tried to reach out to customer service, but there has been no response at all — no apology, no refund, no replacement.

It’s incredibly disappointing to be treated this way after spending money on what should have been a pleasant shopping experience. I won’t be ordering again, and I suggest others think twice before trusting this site with their orders.

Awful awful site. We ordered a denim tears jumper and they delivered the wrong size despite requesting a change. My child accidentally washed the item and then returned it to them for the smaller size (without my knowledge) and they got upset. We offered to pay for it but they have literally stopped responding. Worse customer service EVER. Ever. They have no idea how to respond to customers.

Avoid this scam at all cost. They sell you products (which are obviously all fake) at cash on delivery. Should you encounter any issues or need to make an exchange they no longer exist. You also never know what you get, may look good at first sight but after 2 wears it falls apart and again no one to talk to. It a hit and run. Avoid at all cost.
