After 2yrs...they mailed me saying ,there was an issue..I think someone else has taken over..apologised, and asked for the details, I gave..and they returned my money back..in the wallet..very prompt very genuine...im so happy to be back on fashion station..my fav site..so I had to come here n give the review

This is the second time they have not delivered the order I placed 2 months back. My first order was placed in May 2024 which never got delivered, but the amount get credited into the fashion station wallet on Feb 17, 2025 only after many many emails and warning them on their fb page. They dont respond to any watsapp, email. i placed another order from the wallet balnce in August 2025, no update in it as of now. Now they wil reply saying we are looking into ur issue but all that is rubbish.

Fraud website. I ordered suit 8 months ago, did not deliver and never updated about the issue when I reached out to them no response at all. My order worth Rs 8000 is stuck and they are fraud not refunding my money.

Such a fake company i ever seen in my life irresponsible fashion station i placed a order on june 1 2024 still its partially shipped such a cheaters we never recommand anyone about fashion station

Please don't order from Fashion station. I placed order on 21st October and they have not delivered yet. They are not picking my calls and they don't reply to the mails also. They are fraud.

I had a terrible experience with Fashion Station. I ordered a suit from them online and made online payment (there is no option for COD), and I still have not received my order. The order was done 1 month back and order was supposed to be dispatched within 24 hrs. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but there has been no response or refund.

This site feels like a fraud. I faced similar situation 1 year back where they took the money and didn’t deliver or refund for a whole year. After that they did the refund and that too in their wallet and their representative by the name Neetu Singh, asked me to buy again promising and guaranteeing proper delivery this time. They have taken my money and delivered nothing. It’s shocking how a business like this is still operating. Beware—Fashion Station is a scam, and I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this site unless you want to lose your money like I did.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! I’ve ordered from fashion station a year ago and still didn’t receive the product nor the refund WORTH RUPEES 14k! They have cancelled my order, but those wicked people DID NOT give me my refund !!!!! They are shameless and rotten to the core! Never reply to the messages! Pathetic people ! The customer service is pathetic!

Fraud site. Plz dont order from this site i lost my Rs.8000 . I ordered 1 ladies suit and did online payment. But i still didnt recd any order detail and nothing. Pls friends dont buy anything. This is fraud site.

My daughter had ordered a dress worth 6.5 k . Money is also lost and no dress also ! What a fraud ! No response from the team either . Why are you cheating the public . That too trusted you and have paid money! Horrible never order from here. I have all the proves to show you are frauds and will file a complaint. It’s just not me the many people I know are also cheated ! Fraudsters !

Scammers ! I ordered a suit worth 4500 INR in feb 2024 and never recieved it! These ppl are big scammers! Beware!! Tried to contact customer care and hundreds of emails but still no response! I will report to Cyber Crime police !

You have duped hundreds of people now it’s your turn. I have been following up since 3 months for my 3 orders 970337, 984102, 1000500. Will you deliver my orders ? Or you can thank to cyber crime now Mr. Ali

I ordered a suit from them on 11 April 2024. I have been trying to mail them , but there an automated response and after that no reply. Their what’s app number no one replies . It’s been three months. I have an amount of 4655 with them. I haven’t seen a service as disgusting as this.
Are they scammers ?

Fraudulent company

I placed an order on 30th of April from the website of fashion station. The order was worth 4720. It was prepaid. I didn't get any update about my dress for almost one month. . And all the while i was trying to get in touch with their customer care team , but all their contact numbers were out of reach. Finally after more than a month, one customer care executive send me a link for refund. . I filled a form in the link on 12th june and gave my upi id. . . But till date i have not received and refund. . Nor are they responding to my emails and messages. . No calls , nothing.
This company is totally fake as i have 2 more customers that i know of who are facing exactly the same issue. . This seems to be a big scam. . Please dont fall in this trap

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
Ordered a suit on 16 February, still no updates about it !!! Tried calling customer care but no one replies !! First they take prepaid orders and then they just vanish !!! I even tried mailing them on their customer care mail but they just create new tickets and send me computer generated mails!!!! This is so worst site !!!! I just want my refund back !!!!

This is the most annoying and fraud site I have seen in a while.

I have been chasing up for refund since they didn’t deliver my order which was ordered in October 2023
I have been waiting and sending emails , just get a ticket number and no response.
It just shows my refund is processing since feb 2024. I am completely appalled with the pathetic customer care and fake ticket ID’s .

I had placed an order for an article that showed it to be ready to ship on the app,as soon as the payment was made,there is no sign of neither the product nor the customer care.
All their numbers are switched off,
The whatsapp number sends bot messages,
The review written on trust index asks u to get in touch with customer care...
They jus avoid you ,and keep dilly dallying
Emails jus give u a ticket number for complains
Disgusting site,
Frauds of the first order,ols Don not order from here.
The positive feed backs and reviews are all fake
