We were extremely pleased with using this company, both Abdul and Zia were excellent. They arrived on time, were very efficient and fast. They made the experience of moving less stressful! Would recommend to anyone.

Where to begin… basically a shakedown disguised as a removals company.

I only used these as the called me after using a comparison website. We didn’t have time to shop around but their quote seemed reasonable and they were available.

We were pressured into either paying the full balance via bank transfer the night before or paying cash on the day, neither of which felt right to do, but we elected to pay cash and I didn’t want to pay before they had done any work, and we had already paid a deposit.

On the day of the move, the movers were quick and punctual but not at all gentle with our items. Was also told I would be liable for any parking tickets as they were parked on double yellows and I was “supposed to get in touch with the council” which no one in the quoting process had mentioned.

At the other end, they refused to unload until the balance had been paid in cash PLUS a “late” fee of £300 that we had not been given any warning about whatsoever, either over the phone during a booking process or by the movers the day of when they asked if we had the keys yet.

Bear in mind they had all our worldly possessions on their vans at the time, I was forced to pay under protest.

The movers then unloaded very quickly, causing some damage to the walls of our new property, placing things in wrong rooms despite lots of clear labels and generally complaining that we had too many things.

Overall, I would avoid these guys like the plague, very poor customer service from the office based staff and history of changing the price of things. Movers themselves were fine but not great, still trying to work out where things have been put over a week later.

Really great experience. The team including Abdul and Zia were efficient, helpful and reassuring throughout. Everything was moved out of my old flat - 2nd floor with no stairs - quickly and carefully - and I was amazed at how soon everything was in my new home! Thank you very much!

The entire team was helpful, from making the booking until delivery of goods. Abdul was very helpful and he managed to do the delivery in the discussed time frame.

Hired for moving between properties, Great communication from the start, driver arrived on time and helped with the lifting into the van and then into the house, very pleased, very little fuss.. Smooth journey, Job done, im very happy with these guys, and genuinely recommend them.

AVOID!!!! Worst moving experience ever... The relocation was only 2 miles between old and new home... I had a smoother experience moving from Los Angeles to London. Broken Furniture, Stolen Jewelry, Argumentative staff. The front office still hasn't refunded us for the broken furniture... giving us the run around that the insurance deposit isn't worth paying for the broken bed frame... chased them for 3 months for the compensation and they would never return calls. I caught one of the movers going through a sealed box to look at personal photos... I had to argue for them to cover the newly carpeted stairs, as they claimed their shoes were clean. As they pull up to the new house there are suddenly additional fees in the hundreds and they only would accept cash. DO NOT HIRE!!!! They weren't the cheapest... so I did not expect this kind of service...
