A huge thank you to Graeme for doing such a great job on the van, he turned up bang on time just as I was getting the van ready on the drive for him. He did a did a fantastic job replacing my van windscreen and it was a pleasure chatting to him while he explained how it got replaced.
Due to it being an older Toyota van, I was having a lot of trouble with Autoglass being absolutely zero help at all. So i contacted Matt and he reassured me that he could get a fix, and a fix he did, very quickly !
So, many thanks for finding a solution, that for me, was a complete roadblock!
Overall it was a seamless replacement, and is a credit to you all there at the company.

Autoglass were messing me around with stock availability and dates. One call to Fastline, confirmation of stock available and a install date agreed within a very acceptable time frame. Shaun managed everything professionally and the engineers did a great job.
