Amazing service. Quick to pick up the phone when you arrive in both directions. Extremely reliable..they were with us within 10 mins of our call to inform them we had arrived. All the staff were friendly, polite and courteous, even going to the trouble of knowing where we had been and asking how our trip at been. Highly recommend.

Booked directly at last minute in July and price was half of that of direct Heathrow. Guys were courteous. Called to ascertain time of arrival and car was even cleaned for drop off. Well done all. Great to see some good companies out there. Will use again. K

We’d booked 2 weeks in the USA from T3 and amazingly arrived 30 minutes early due to no delays on the M25 !
We called the number given and 5 minutes later the car was checked over, we were given a receipt and and it was driven away.
On return they called us before we could call them to confirm where we were and where to meet them.
The whole process was flawless, the driver was courteous and helpful and all for a very reasonable price.

At the beginning i was really not sure about booking with them as they seem new. But thought to give them a go. Booked it for a month, amazing timing at the airport waiting zone and really very polite and professional. I then had to extend my stay abroad and emailed them but they were really slow at response and asked for clarification for the new extension. finally the apologised and gave me a half price discount for the total length of the holiday extension. Came back to heathrow and the driver was awaiting for me and even offered to help set my luggage in the car as i had kids and he felt sorry for me. From been hesitant to really excited that i have found this company who made my journey experience smooth. I would always recommend them and book with them for all my abroad travelling. These guys beat many other meet and greet companies with their professionalism and punctuality. Thank you Fastpark heathrow and would give them 10 stars if i can. The only downside they should be working on is their response to their emails. Other than that they are a great meet and greet company to deal with.

Parking was so easy. Upon arrival we were met straight away and upon return the car was waiting for us. I will always use Fast Park in future now.

omg why anyone would not use these guys is beyond me. I hadn't flown in a while and googled valet park at LHR. Purple park wanted 450 for 2 weeks. Guess how much Fast Park quoted? 104..I rang them as I thought it can't be true, and their number came up in my contacts and I remember years ago I used them and they were GREAT. Guess what they are still great.

An excellent service from fast park , we used them from Heathrow T5 when we went away for Easter, like another reviewer I was a bit sceptical on the service we would get but everything turned out to be ok, the drop off in the early morning was fine as we phoned them 20 minutes before our arrival and pick up was fine also when we phoned them as we picked up our luggage. Showed some ID to driver when he dropped off the car, the only comment I would make would be if they gave you a receipt of proof when you drop off the car so you can show it again when you pick up the car. But overall an excellent service at a very competitive price compared to other meet and greet companies and would definitely use again and recommend.

I must admit that I was a bit sceptical about this company with just 5 * ratings, even though they were recommended by a very good friend.
It was my first time using a meet and greet and I must say that I would use these again without hesitation.
As I approached heathrow I let them know that I was 15min away.
On arriving and using the paperwork that I downloaded with directions. it took me to a parking place just outside the car park ( i don't think it has been updated) of Terminal 3, after around 10 min a man came from the car park, smiled and advised I was in the wrong place. he was cuurteous and took photo's of the car gave me a receipt and then proceeded to drive off in the car.
On returning from our holiday I phoned them to let them know that I was in the baggage. When I got to the pick up point there was no one there except other customers from different meet and greet. I waited a couple of mins then phoned them. they said that they had problems starting the car. after half an hour I phoned them back and they said that they were still having problems so called out the AA. Listening to these other customers who were around us having problems I did begin to worry.
I phoned them back up and they told me that the AA was 5 min away and without me saying anything they apologised and said that they would give me a complete refund. Around 20 min later my car arrived and the driver was again most apologetic and gave me my keys. and off I went.
When I got home I noticed that I had already received a refund email from them and the money was back in my account within 3 days.
On the drive home I was glad that I was with fastpark and not one of those with problems who were with another Meet and Greet company.
Some big companies and banks could take a lesson from these as often I have had to wait 10 days or longer to get a refund.

Our BA flight from Lisbon was cancelled, Fast Park called to say they had noticed. Fortunately, we were transferred to TAP but arriving at a different terminal, without hesitation we were met at the new terminal.

My family used the Fast Park Heathrow service for the first time for a school half term trip (Feb 2022). The service was impeccable. Our return flight was 45min late and it took a further 1.5hrs to clear border control and get our luggage, and the driver returning our car to the Short Stay Car Park was very patient, polite and understanding of the delay. I would recommend this service.

Used this company at the end of October 2021. First time we've used valet parking - they were brilliant. All communication was clear and they delivered everything they promised - all staff and drivers helpful and friendly. Will use again when we travel in March. Would recommend
