I had an excellent experience with FastportPassport. In a very stressful time, Carrie Noland, came to my rescue. We communicated through email and phone. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and kind. I would highly recommend FastportPassport if you need to get your passport quick!
Here's some good news - this place really works. I got caught in something that was unexpected, in the sense that I had never thought too hard about what might happen if you needed to be abroad while some consulate was holding your passport for a visa. I had not heard of the possibility of getting a second passport, and time was really ticking for me. As I was reading about it all on the internet, I got directed to this company. I mean, there is a lot of misinformation etc. on the internet, and I was really leery (sp?); but just before I gave up and shortened a trip abroad, I picked up the phone and called these guys.
Or gals. Madeleine actually answered, and told me that I clearly qualified in this strange situation, walked me through the real-world timing of all of this, and sent me an easy-to-understand e-mail list of things to put together. All this before I had paid them anything! The potential simplicity of it all, on her telling, got me going, and a literal 94 hours from the time I picked up the phone, I had everything back and in my hands.
Whenever I called during the process, someone picked up and was responsive.
I'll try to think ahead better in the future, but stuff happens, and when it does -- and when it involves your passport (or mine!) I would highly recommend you get these folks to work for you.
I was under the gun to get a passport quickly. I can't remember when I've been this stressed out. Carrie Noland handled everything, including my nerves. It was a bit after hours last Friday. She rushed my packet and triple explained what I needed to do. It's Friday a week later and my passport was just delivered. Looks great. The world is mine. Thanks again Carrie. If you need a passport...fast, Fastport is worth the money. Yay!
If I could give 6 stars I would. I am leaving for Costa Rica in 6 days and realize my passport is expired. Worse than that, 2 of those days are the weekend, I essentially have, after shipping, have one day, a Friday to get this done or I am not going. After calling 2 other well known Passport services, who both said they could not help me, I found Carrie N at Fastport. I was a little skeptical only because the online presence of the other two companies was bigger and more well known. Carrie was AWESOME!!! I was super nervous as I was about to mail my passport to someone and put 100% of my trip in their hands. Well, THEY DELIVERED and then some. I shipped my passport out Wednesday night. Not only did I get a confirmation email it arrived Thursday morning, Carrie called me to assure me they got it. I then got a call and email the next day that my passport indeed made it to the Travel Office for processing. Then, I got a call and email Friday afternoon that they had my new passport in hand. Holy cow!!! Yes, amazing!! 10 minutes later I got a tracking number. Next morning, Saturday, 10am, passport in hand with our flight leaving 6am Tuesday morning. Not only was the service 100% on, Carrie went above and beyond to contact me as she knew I was super paranoid as this trip is for my 10 yr anniversary. Yes, I am a moron for forgetting to check my passport, but, thank you so much to you all, especially Carrie N for saving my butt. These guys were great to work with and walked me through the process. Thanks again! Off to Costa Rica!!!!
I decided I needed my passport quickly and was routed here by the government. Little did I know that there was a passport servicing center about an hour away where I could expedite on my own. I cancelled my order and received prompt attention to cancel. It has been over 2 months and have not received my refund for $259.
What a great service when you have little time to wait for a passport. Madeleine H. was fantastic in communicating with me immediately once my documents were received. I received my passport 5 days ahead of schedule too. Thanks Madeleine!!
We used the 3-4 business day service and FastPort PassPort delivered exactly as promised - we shipped our documents out last Wednesday end of day - passport arrived today (following Tuesday). I was a bit concerned about other reviews that indicated communications was a challenge - I did not find that an issue at all. Nick took my phone call with a couple of questions on the process. He gave expert advice on the service level we should choose. The next morning I receiving email indicating that all paperwork was received, would go through review and be handled as explained. In other words, communications back from the company would be on an exceptions basis - hearing nothing I should expect my passport to arrive as agreed. The only snag we had was with receiving mail facility - for reasons still not clear, they posted a sign on the door that there was a death in family and to defer all mail receiving for 3 days! Who does THAT? Clearly not the issue of Fassport Passport, nor FEDEX. We were able to connect with FEDEX and pick up the parcel, still in plenty of time for our next trip out of country. We plan to use this company again next year to handle our next family member's renewal. Great job, highly recommend.
DON'T BE AFRAID TO USE THIS COMPANY! They don't promise what they can't deliver. I booked a trip to Canada after renewing my passport, but I hadn't realized that my son's was expired--kids' passports expire every FIVE years, not ten like adults, so I was in a real bind. I called and spoke with Madeline, and she reassured me I was good, sending me step-by-step instructions and answering my 1,001 questions via phone or email. I spoke with Nicky and Carrie as well, and they were just as kind and helpful. They took a scary situation and walked me through all the steps, reassuring me all the way. I think people that have a bad experience don't read and follow directions to a T, and that's where problems arise. The Department of State is precise, so if YOU mess up, don't blame FastPort Passport. They're there to help you, and will answer every question with patience and helpfulness. You can't go wrong. I paid for the 3-5 day service and that's exactly what I got--they received my papers on a Tuesday, and I had my passport on my doorstep the following Monday. Worth every penny. Can't recommend enough! Excellent product/service (expedited passports for the desperate), but what makes this company stellar is its amazing and service-oriented customer service staff. Thanks Maddy, Nicky, and Cary! You rock!

WHY WOULD YOU NOT JUST GO TO THE LOCAL LIBRARY? I WAS BASICALLY DONE ORDERING AND THEY TELL ME I HAVE TO GO TO A ACCEPTANCE AGENT TO SIGN MY APPLICATION! WHY DO I WANT TO PAY FOR SERVICES TWICE? GO TO LIBRARY AND THEY DO IT ALL FOR LESS. IM WILLING TO PAY MORE FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF ORDERING FROM MY OFFICE BUT NOT IF I STILL HAVE TO GO TO ISSUING AGENT!

Wow, can't say enough good things about this company. We forgot to check out our passports before we booked an Alaskan cruise with a stop in Canada. So we were at a loss when we checked and had less than 2 weeks to renew our old passports. My brother suggested that we try Fastport Passport. We checked it out online and thought we would call and ask questions....we talked to Madeleine and she was great she answered all our questions and tried her best to make us feel good about this process....but got to tell you we were still very uneasy about sending our old passport and all of info and money to this unknown to us company. We took a leap and tried it anyway. I called Madeleine several times and she went up and beyond to assure us that the process was on time and all was well...We sent info on Monday and by wed was told that they had received it and was processing everything...was sent out on Friday and we received it on Monday...8 days counting weekend. Again, we cant say enough about this process and Madeleine...thanks so much...

I wouldn't recommend using this company to anyone at all. I paid for the service and then realized within that same 30 minutes that there was a conflict with my trip and I didn't need my passport in the expedited time. I called to cancel the order less then 15 minutes later and was told that I had to go online to cancel it. In addition to that, I was told it would take 25 days ( the longest refund time I've ever heard of) to get the refund. Then on top of everything else, they told me that they were keeping a portion of the payment even though I cancelled the order literally less then 20 min after I placed it. They make money off of people even when its needed.

I called to cancel my order a month ago was told it would be 21 business days before I would be refunded. Well here we are almost a month and half and no refund. Ive read the other reviews with similar feedback and read the companies reply. No ownership over their poor customer service. Their customer service reps need training on empathy. When I called she said were backed up. How is that my problem? Please give me my 400 bucks back.
I’ll start by saying that Fastport did end up refunding my money in full, after providing me with ZERO services, sitting on my money for 30 days and ONLY after I filed a complaint with the BBB.
As a supposed reputable business, a customer should not have to file a complaint with the BBB to get this company to do the right thing.
Do your homework. It seems to me that quite a few of the “positive” reviews for FastPort are not legitimate.

They say what they do, and they do what they say! Everyone there was very helpful, even when I was a pest at times. Sure, it can be a bit pricey, but, if you want what you want when you want it, then you pay the price. My passport arrived a day before expected even! Very happy with their service, and my experience, and have no qualms recommending them to anyone who needs their services.
I was provided no service whatsoever, and I was charged and not refunded several hundred dollars. I strongly suggest you look for other, more straightforward options to get a passport quickly. Be very cautious. Realize that whatever happens with your passport you will pay full fare.

This business is not what is advertised on the web page. "Same day service" resulted in no action whatsoever. I called and emailed numerous times to request an urgent call back and received none. Following that I was billed and not refunded. Be very careful with this service. Check carefully what same day service means, by their definition. It may not be the same as yours.
