Fast Utilities seem to have renewed our electricity contract October 2025 without our knowledge or permission, we found out last week when contacting our supplier direct to renew . They produced a signed contract, not my signiture. I would have no idea how to do an E sign! ,Our supplier have removed this company from our account so this will not happen again. Our mistake is speaking to the agents when they phone, one tries to be polite as they are doing a job, but I have instructed my staff to just put the phone down now.

Adam looked at my electricity account we were paying £700 per month he then found me a new contract £300 a month less it was so easy to switch and he supported us through the transition period, can not thank him enough
