We recently partnered with Fatbit to launch the custom online platform for our language school, Tallulah Learning Academy. They tailored their software to handle our exact workflow: allowing teachers and students to create comprehensive profiles, helping students find the right instructors, and hosting online lessons smoothly.

Throughout the collaboration process, Fatbit was highly responsive, answering all of our questions and actively working to get us the maximum value within our specified budget.

Because our platform is still very new, we are just beginning our real-world rollout, but so far the classroom environment and platform performance have delivered exactly what was promised. When early bugs or issues have popped up, their technical support team has been great about jumping in to resolve them. If you need a development team that respects your budget constraints and delivers exactly what they say they will, I highly recommend Fatbit.

The company crashed my website during an unauthorized, failed update and then lied about it. If I didn't have a backup, I wouldn't have a website now. They've never fixed any bugs that I've reported to them (I had to fix them myself) and they take days to respond to emails, if they respond at all. The one time they did do something I asked them to do they wiped out nearly everything on my website, including things they were specifically instructed to not touch. They waited until the temporary license (which I was unaware that it was only temporary) expired which shut down my website and I had to serve them a breach-of-contract notice before they gave me a permanent license which I had to install myself. I've blocked their access to my website as they cannot be trusted with even simple tasks such as the license. They currently owe me a year of support service which they continue to refuse to honor. Since they are in India, they know they can't be made to honor contracts outside of India.

This platform offers all the essential tools needed to manage operations smoothly. It’s well organized, stable, and clearly built with practicality in mind. The workflow is efficient and makes it easy to coordinate seamlessly across teams and users. Overall, the system feels polished and reliable, and it seems capable of supporting both smaller setups and growing operations. Special thanks to Mr. Girish for his ongoing support and help throughout the experience.

My overall experience has been extremely positive. The platform is dependable, professionally built, and capable of supporting a wide range of business needs effectively. It has been a great solution and continues to perform reliably as our operations grow.

I initially had a positive experience with Fatbit when I first started in November. The customer service seemed responsive and the platform was easy to use for both tutors and families. The step-by-step videos were helpful and the dashboard made it simple to start sessions.
However, my experience has since taken a significant turn. After encountering serious issues with the platform, I requested a partial refund given the impact it has had on my business. Not only was my request denied, but for the past two weeks I have been met with silence — just random "hello" messages and requests to call, with no real resolution or accountability.
As a result of these issues, I have lost two families and two employees. For a small tutoring business, that is not a minor inconvenience — that is real financial and operational damage.
I trusted this platform to support my business and instead felt ignored and dismissed when it mattered most. I can no longer recommend this platform to other tutoring business owners. Proceed with caution.

Fatbit delivered almost exactly what I was looking for right out of the box, which saved me a lot of time. Their communication with customers is solid — they explain things clearly and keep you updated.

Im very slow at picking up on new things and it has taken some time to get where I needed to be, but I'm there now. They have been very patient with me even with the fact that I might ask the same question several times.
I didnt want a tutoring package that I had to pay for every month, so this is why I used yo-coach. Not understanding API's was a set back and leads you into having monthly costs, however still cheaper than renting a package.
The platform isn't a suit all package but you can pay extra, as I did to adjust it.
The support you get is excellent especially if your as daft as I.
