Great service at FatFace: Amersham and Bath stores
I wanted to purchase a particular top in a particular size that had sold out online and wasn’t available at my local store - Amersham. The girls (sorry I didn’t get your names) were very helpful and tracked it down on their online system. I was travelling to Bath and the system showed 4 in stock.
They called the store directly for me and arranged for 1 to be put aside for me. Thank you Bath store manager and especially FINN - who tirelessly hunted the shop floor and stock rooms to find said item. He could have easily given up and claimed it was ‘out of stock’, and the ‘system wasn’t up to date’ - but he didn’t! He persevered until he found it. I picked it up yesterday - thanks again FINN, I appreciate your diligence and thank you FatFace, this is exactly the kind of service customers want!

Lovely bag, great service!
Saw bag in shop. Nice style but wrong fabric. Kind girl in shop looked up on line and found alternative green daisy fabric which I ordered on line. Arrived quickly and delighted. Took original back to shop for refund. Very satisfied with good sized useful bag made of cotton and lots of pockets. Thank you!

My sisters have been buying dresses from Fatface for years & my sister had this particular dress on when I saw her so I decided to buy 1 for myself & I absolutely love it, I ordered 2 different sizes to see which fitted me so sent the larger 1 ( 16) back & kept the 14 ..

Visited the Bath store and the member of staff called Nola was excellent, patiently checking various items for sizes, availability etc and ordering on line on our behalf …. great service and attention to the customer.

FatFace Bath Southgate
I visited FatFace at Bath Southgate and had a lovely experience with the Assistant Store Manager Caryl. She was so polite and friendly and offered her assistance straight away. She helped in the changing rooms with different sizes and I came away with a lovely dress and skirt for the upcoming summer months. She showed a genuine interest and obviously enjoys her role very much. She was a ray of sunshine in the store.

We visited the store in Bath with our two dogs. The staff, especially Natasha we’re really friendly and helpful and said that my husband and I could both shop with the dogs in tow. They even offered dog treats that they kept behind the tills! Store looked fab and we bought some lovely clothes.

Shopping at Fatface Bath.
Today my wife and I attended Fatface in Bath. We were looking for a new jumper for my wife.
We were lucky enough to be approached by Caryl one of the shop floor staf who could not have been more helpful.
We honestly thought we had our own “personal shopper”.
Without being pushy she was helpful, showed a great knowledge of the products and gave sound advice.
We left having made a purchase and feeling good about the whole experience.
