Sourcing interesting prints and nice fabrics for clothing.
Bought blue cotton knit styled as kimono but really a open cardigan top. Love the chunky knit and vintage blue colour. Would have bought the pink version but was sold out. Will get a lot of wear out it for years to come as I look after my clothes.

Unfortunately, all orders placed online with PayPal or Klarna must be returned by post. We are unable to accept these returns in store.

What amazing, patient, considerate team members. I was told a sale item was at their branch. They searched it wasn't. The other branch should have called to confirm- they didnt! Checked with 2 other stores, then suggested placing an order we all thought not likely as old stock and although showing on the system might not arrive.. It did!! Elliott agreed to refund the other one even though over timescale due to all the extre running around.
Thank you both for turning what could have been a wasted journey into a positive one..
Also special shout out to Andrew... Congrats on your promotion - luck @ Watford I'm sure you will smash it!

Great company
The website is very clear and easy to navigate. Prices, reductions and delivery/ return charges are well documented. The returns process is very efficient. The store itself in Berkhamsted is very well organised and the staff extremely personable, friendly and professional. A very pleasant shopping experience…… always.

My favourite fashion shop
Fatface is my first go to clothes shop when I can spare a few pounds. I love their range. It caters for my taste. I recently got a great sale bargain of boots and jeans which I love. Staff are great and always helpful. 👌

Lovely warm Fleece
Lovely Fleece I usually wear one with pj's now winter is here. Two years back I bought the white one. This year's fleece has little green christmas trees & little foxe's on which is quite sweet.

Well I had an email to say it was on…
Well I had an email to say it was on its way but then nothing after 1 week. I telephone the branch who had my item there but the reason I did not have an email to say it had arrived was that I was not on their system!!

The staff were lovely as always & so helpful.
Sadly While in the photo the top looked lovely… in reality the material wasn’t flowy , it felt cold up touch, very creased , the cuffs seems to have no flexibility ( they looked like elastic ruffles but weren’t!) the V neck was to low it hung poorly, I’d ordered a 12 & it still looked like a sack …. To be honest even the colours weren’t as bright as the picture. A real disappointment in my opinion plus a waste of resources!
