I was in East Grinstead branch and the staff were super helpful. Alex was really great, phoning other branches and going that extra mile to help me to get the top I wanted! I did and it’s great!!

Loved the clothes.
Had to return a couple of items, did so in store which couldn’t have been easier.
Staff at East Grinstead were incredibly helpful.

A smooth and very easy shopping experience (as always). Found a bargain in the sale in my size and snapped it up for a steal with 60% off the original tag price. Love this brand.

Lauren was really friendly and helpful and was able to retrieve my online order and help my mum choose some socks.

On arrival the shop was lovely and cool-air conditioned-the assistant was cheerful and friendly. My parcels were ready to collect, just a nice experience.

Lovely company, the ladies on the East Grinstead branch are the best ! So friendly and funny it’s a pleasure to go there.

Very good service and great shirts. Especially like the taller collection.

Went into Fat Face East Grinstead with friend to look for clothes, Lady there named Alex, was really so helpful and when I had chosen a couple things she assisted in finding things to go with. Really lovely to have this kind of service that is so rare today and the clothes were really lovely. Thanks again.

Easy to order and pick up from store. Long length means things are not kept in store so have to be ordered but come really quickly. Good quality items.

I recently visited the East Grinstead store and had such a brilliant experience thanks to Vicky and Sophie. I was shopping for jeans and, being on my own, really appreciated their honest advice and help choosing the right pair. They helped me figure out which colour would work best for my upcoming holiday, gave great feedback on what suited me, and we even turned it into a little fashion show! Both ladies were super helpful, super friendly, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. They kindly put a few pairs aside for me while I had a think, and I ended up going back later that day to buy the perfect ones. Big thanks to them for the fantastic customer service… I left as a very happy shopper!

Took my daughter in laws mother to today’s glass fusion class run by Jayne.
We had an amazing time making three unique glass pieces each.
Jayne’s resources are plentiful ( sometimes it’s hard to make a selection as there is so much to choose from!) her teaching excellent and her encouragement to let our own creativity flourish - priceless.
I also collected three pieces from a previous class with Jayne ( yes, glass fusion IS addictive!) and over the moon with them.
Thank you Jayne for a splendid morning of creativity!

Got stitched up good and proper, ordered some jeans on line, tried them on, shop worker said they look good this colour jumper would look good with those, so tired it on “that colour really suit you” and it did.
Then the wife says this shirt would also go well.
Any way £150 later I walked out with a full bag.
