Quick delivery. The products are really good quality. I returned some items back to the store and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I went to the CMK shopping centre venue and the staff in shop were absolutely wonderful, lovely, friendly and helpful! I’ve been there for years but only had the money to buy a “new in item” when writing this review and in particular, Rachel helped me and was especially lovely :) !!

I'm in love with Fat Face clothes and the staff at this MK store have been amazing. They have helped and given opinions when I've tried on clothes, recommended a local seamstress, when something wasn't quite right, and always welcome you into store with a warm smile.

I have bought many many Fat Face products over probably 20 years because the quality of them and the workmanship is exceptional.
In fact I still have and wear my first fleece I bought and despite many washes it still looks and fits great having that lived in look which gives it great character.

Although in the end I did not buy anything, staff was polite and attentive

Was looking for a replacement pair of flip flops that had a footbed some
Scrolled endless stores online before finding Fatface and these great flip flops
Saw them with a multi coloured thong but my usual size 4 was out of stock
They were available in the brown version but didn’t really sing to me
Anyway ordered brown version in a size 3 & 4 and ordered multi coloured version in a size 3 hoping that they would fit
Took advantage of the free delivery to store and collected at Milton Keynes store with ease
The assistant went to get my parcel and I asked if I was able to try them on and make a decision on which pair if any I’d keep
Thankfully the multi coloured pair in a size 3 fitted perfectly so was able to return the other 2 pairs without any issue
Received an email refund/return receipt and the following received by refund to my credit card
The flip flops have been on my feet since getting them home and they are extremely comfy and I love them
Would definitely recommend

Great staff very obliging and genuinely helpful,

I always love the items I buy from FatFace, really good quality clothes. My order did get sent to the wrong store, but I was updated via email straight away and told when they arrived. Lovely staff in store when I collected.

I was a bit worried about buying two dresses online unseen, but I needn't have been. When I collected them from the shop to try one was perfect, and the one I didn't like as much when I saw it on was immediately repacked in the shop to be returned - no fuss, and the refund was processed within the week. Next time I won't worry!

As soon as you step into this store, you're transported into a festival of colours. A bright, eye-catching and well-displayed store which always looks pristine and welcoming. Always well stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful but never overbearing.

I love that you do tall sizes. Quick efficient and free delivery to store. One item didn't quite fit (it happens) but friendly staff in store handled the return with no fuss. Well done!
