Easy online ordering and chose local store for collection. We ordered a pack of two t shirts for my husband and this proved good value for money. Staff in store were helpful and found our parcel quickly.

Staff in the solihull store were super helpful - wish I knew name of specific assistant who helped me sort out several clothing items at the solihull store, size changes and seeing availability on line for sizes not in store

Just wished they’d let me know there was going to be 20% discount the next day!! 🙈

The excellent customer service provided by the store manager and staff at Fatface Solihull make it a pleasure to shop there. It's lovely to experience friendly and helpful staff where nothing is too much trouble for them.

I visited Solihull branch, the staff were very helpful! I purchased a pair of dungaree's & a summer ribbed top all in one trouser suit. Quality was excellent! Fat Face clothes are one of my favourite brands !

Helpful friendly staff despite busy shop

I probably shop in FatFace monthly and have spent a considerable amount of money there in the last few years.

I always enjoy the customer service of the shop and the relaxed feel. I know the staff are on hand if I need them and there’s always a frendly approach.

I collected my parcel from the Solihull store and found the overall experience disappointing. The staff didn’t come across as welcoming and seemed more engaged in their own conversations than attending to customers. The person who handed over my order had an air of unnecessary self-importance, which made the interaction feel uncomfortable.

I had ordered two pairs and needed to return one due to sizing. The staff member who processed the refund was somewhat better and did explain the procedure, but the service still felt reluctant, as though they were simply going through the motions. Overall, the level of customer service was lacking.

Great quality, good delivery and nice staff in the Solihull, Birmingham and Stratford stores. Would highly recommend. 👍🏼

The suede envelope bag is quality I've been waiting so so for this bag it seemed to be always out of stock. And it was a big expensive for me but the new year's sales started and I picked it up for half the price is had to have it and it's definitely worth the wait. The shorter strap is full leather and the longer one is a thick material both nice with an inside zipper and a magnetic closure very stunning

Product was lovely just slightly too big and not really accurate to size guide.
Store colleagues couldn’t figure out how to process the return, it took 3 people 20 minutes to do a 1 person 2 minute task.

The socks that I bought as a Christmas gift are of excellent quality. The delivery to the Solihull store was on time and the staff were very friendly
