Staff very polite
Staff very polite. Happy to take back returns. I then went in to purchase another item. There seemed to be lots of choice in store & the fitting rooms were uncrowded.

Elise wide leg cords
These cords are the perfect fit, style and quality for me. Lovely fine soft needle cord which holds it’s shape after wash and wear without any need for ironing. High waisted, generous pockets and lovely flattering wide leg shape. Please can you make more of these trousers in other colours and fabrics?

Always great quality clothes
Always great quality clothes. I did receive some trousers which weren't sized correctly but the person I spoke to was very helpful and organised a replacement quickly and without a fuss.

Be nice to the staff!
Young female member of staff, on her own in the store, was being shouted at by a customer. Staff member was very professional. Always find the staff in the Sutton Coldfield shop friendly and helpful.
