Quick service polite staff at Totnes branch

We visit the FatFace Totnes store 2-3 times a year on our Devon breaks - visited today and as usual the store has plenty of quality items for both men and women. We chatted with Lisa after our purchases about Devon and places to visit to walk and eat/drives to see other areas etc. Lisa is so lovely and very professional and clearly loves her work and Devon. Absolutely great to chat with friendly staff and to feel welcomed etc..we will be back early September 2026 and will visit a couple of places as recommended by Lisa

I went into FatFace in Totnes to return a top that was too small that I had bought in the sale. I was served by Lisa who was very friendly and extremely helpful. I wanted the size 12 but couldn't find any in store. Lisa suggested that she look online which she did. She ordered the item and even got it delivered to my home address. Lisa was very attentive throughout my visit and provided my husband and I with excellent customer service. I will definitely be going back!

Great Totnes shop in Devon.
Surprisingly wide range of stock in a small shop. Really helpful and cheerful staff. Lisa was particularly great.

Men’s fairisle hats. Please make sure they are adult size. I luckily tried it on, well tried to, but was so small. I took it back to my local Fatface shop and the assistant went through all of them with me until we found a large one. Most of them were at least two inches too small. There may be a lot of disappointed men this Christmas who have been given hats that they cannot wear! The hat I found has a nice fleecy lining around the ears. I’m hoping it will fit my man. Very helpful assistant.

These are lovely smart, warm long sleeved tops. Great for the cooler weather.

I recently visited the FatFace store in Totnes to buy jeans. I found the staff, Caroline and Lydia incredibly helpful. Great cloths, great service, in a beautiful town. Wonderful. Thank you.

Happy with the cardi that I had seen in store.
I am lucky to have a nearby store to collect from. I previously had sale items that never arrived with a courier. So I prefer to pick up. Staff in Totnes are always friendly.

I’d like to say a very big thank you to Sam and Caroline at fat face totnes for their help when doing an exchange of a jumper and advice on a coat that I seen on line.
