Many of the reviews for Febest are 5 or more years old at this point and from my experience it would seem that Febest have changed their manufacturing processes in response to these reviews, so take them with a grain of salt; also consider that many people will only make a review when they have a negative experience. Customer care and turn around times at Febest have saved me several times over offering same day delivery in Melbourne where other suppliers were quoting days to weeks of turnaround time.
