The fabric is unfortunately cheap polyester. I would prefer high quality fabric as 100% silk, cotton, cashmere. The prices are way too high for simply plastic clothing.

Seemed sketchy but was totally fine

Recently ordered the raven dress for my prom and it is beautiful!! I saw some of the reviews online but still bought it anyway. Obviously (as would be expected) if shipping to Europe the shipping costs quite a bit which i couldn’t see the exact price until purchasing (they do provide rough guide lines on shipping price but my price was beyond this). Shipping was quick through e postal, however the tracking was difficult as it wasn’t clear that the package had been handed off to a different courier and simply showed the package as delivered when it wasn't. However I noticed I had been given a different tracking number but not told who with so i got chatgpt to guide and figured out it was with royal mail. Shipping took 2 weeks as stated on their website. The dress itself is amazing quality, thick and the design is beautiful. I recommend researching on other platforms then just their website before purchasing an item to see the item in other settings. Overall, although I was hesitant, buying the dress was worth it and from my experience I would recommend it.

I had originally order the wrong size and by the time I wanted to reorder the right size, everything was out of stock and would only restock mid april. Which wasn’t good since I needed it for my prom during mid april. But after contacting their instagram, not only were they so sweet and communicative despite the time difference! (an almost 10 hour difference) they had walked me through the whole process making sure that I was aware of what was happening at every step, always double checking with me along the way and was patient with me even after I was spamming them out of nervousness. They were so efficient in making sure I not only got the size I needed by my prom but got my correct size in a little over two weeks with a bunch of time to spare. 🫰🫰These girls were so sweet and wonderful through the whole process and made my whole experience from them amazing🤍🤍

SCAMMMM

SCAMMMM! The dress that I ordered was so far from how it was represented in the pictures and they sent me the wrong size… I reached out for a return because the quality was terrible and they sent me a address to send it back to so I did. Had to pay to ship it back. As soon as they received my package they ghosted me. Didn’t ever answer any of my several emails. They still owe me $160. Do not buy from here they WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

I had a disappointing experience with this company, which was a significant letdown given their lovely dresses. The customer service was unhelpful, return policies were cumbersome, and staff behavior was off-putting.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I just wanted to swap out a dress size small for medium. It's been over a month. It took weeks to even get an address to mail the dress back. I had to pay for the shipping. I followed all the instructions and STILL AFTER A MONTH no size medium and no refund. They would only communicate one sentence at a time and sometimes it would take days to hear back! DO NOT ORDER FROM THE COMPANY no matter how cute the dress is as the headache is not worth it and I am now out over $200 and have an event in 2 weeks and no dress!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They will send you damaged merchandise and then force you to pay return shipping in order to get a refund! Their customer service sucks! They reply once every 5 days to customer issues! It has been three weeks since I reached out to them regarding them, sending me a faulty dress with images, and they still cannot come to a resolution. They continue to regurgitate the same copy and paste return information that they do for every customer and do not address that they sent me damaged product that I already paid $35 to expedite shipping on. I’ve told them that I have no problem sending the item back if they send me a return label since this was not my fault. I am now taking the issue up with my credit card company, but do not purchase with them it is not worth the hassle.

Caution: Poor customer service and returns are anything but hassle-free

Update after return:
Once I was provided with the information needed to make the return, I returned the item according to directions and did receive a timely refund. Hopefully the creation of the new returns portal is the solution the company needed.

Update in response to company’s reply:
Still cautious. The reply says I emailed them- I did because that’s what the instructions said to do on 2/26 when I started the process. The reply also says I was instructed to use the online return portal- I was not. I found the newly created portal myself when searching the website on 3/9 in exasperation after the lack of response to multiple attempts at communication from me. The company did message me privately today to explain the portal was newly created because of email issues, however, I am not a fan of the lack of transparency in their reply on this platform, which tries to imply that I was not following directions about using the portal when in reality, there was no portal when I began this process (or I would have used it like I do with any other company that has one). There were only instructions to email Fenity returns. I am not a fan that the reply falsely states the company shared with me to go through the returns portal when it absolutely did not. I discovered the new process myself- it was not communicated to me by the company, who did admit it is new and was created due to failures on their part with emails. When I reviewed their response to other similar complaints, I suspect they did the same thing by insinuating the customer didn’t use the appropriate method when in fact, it didn’t exist when the return was initiated and the customer likely wasn’t informed about it until they complained on Trust Pilot. I did receive the return information today after much effort of pursuit on my end, and after providing a negative review. Again, it shouldn’t have to be this way. I will be carefully following the instructions to return the immaculate item, tracking the package and cautiously waiting to see if my refund is processed after they receive the item. I will update this review accordingly.

Initial review:
I gave 2 stars because the items were as-expected from a quality standpoint, but one item didn’t fit and the process for returning the item has been anything but hassle-free. Customer service and communication are almost nonexistent. This isn’t a time zone thing. It’s extreme lack of communication and a flawed system. I’ve followed the process listed online, which has changed a few times in the time since I have been TRYING to get a return address. This is a very poorly ran system and I caution anyone against purchasing unless you’re positive you won’t need to return. And even then, if a company can’t manage communication and returns as promised, I suspect additional issues could arise throughout any processes. I am nervous that if I get a return address, I will face further issues with getting the refund processed and will have to dispute things with my credit card company. It shouldn’t have to be this way.

Hi love, it overall seems you tried to email us about a return and we shared with you to go through our automatic returns portal instead of emailing which is way easier and no manual communication is necessary.
You did that now and we have approved the return request :)

I ordered the xs gaia dress (green) and it was absolutely perfect! Due to all the bad reviews ive read on here and on tiktok, i thought it would be bad quality and the color of the dress would be off especially since tracking my order i saw that it was shipped from china? but it is what it says! :) I think if you see the same dress and it looks bad.. it is because it is a knockoff! shipping was faster than I expected too but only because i ordered the size that was in stock already. im 4'11 and it is REALLY long.. unfortunately I will have to get this dress tailored before prom :( besides that, everything went really well and my package even came with an adorable claw clip. Worth the $200 LMAO <3

Ignoring a return request

Update: I tried the link provided below but it does't work for my return window has expired. I did reach out to customer service (the email posted on their website) before the deadline. They do not post their return link on their website so the return process is slow. I will continue to update.

I bought two dresses that were too small - I find their sizing to be odd. A bit smaller than expected and then not proportional so not sure if any size would fit well.

The bigger issue is I reached out to customer service to arrange a return within their time frame and requirements to take multiple pictures. Almost a month later I am still waiting to arrange the return. I only received one email asking if I wanted to do an exchange and now they no longer respond. I don’t think they have any intention of receiving a return and refunding.

Overall, buyer beware for I don’t believe they do returns.

I recently bought the Green Gaia Dress from Fenity and I’m honestly obsessed. As someone who’s tall, I struggle a lot with finding dresses that are actually long enough and fit right in all the right places, but this one was PERFECT. The length was amazing and it didn’t feel awkward or too short at all, which is rare for me.
I would definitely recommend sizing up. I’m usually a size S, but I went with a L and it fit like a glove. The corset top is my favorite part, it snatches you in and gives such a flattering shape without feeling uncomfortable. The quality feels great and it looks even better in person.
If you’re tall and have a hard time finding dresses that fit properly, this is 100% worth it. I’ll definitely be buying from Fenity again <3

Found the perfect gift

I'm genuinely happy with my experience. I wanted go buy my girlfriend something nice for her birthday and some friend recommended that I order from here. I bought my girlfriend the gaia dress and she LOVED it. I looked for their website and it is quite informative about their products and also lucky for me, pretty much all products were available. I've started to follow the brand on instagram (and so has my gf) and honestly I also find some other tops quite elegant, so very likely I'll order again.

i bought the Amelia dress for my sister…

i bought the Amelia dress for my sister as her prom dress, I got size M and the material was perfect she looked absolutely stunning!!
Sadly the dress is sold out now i wish i got my size too but I'm definitely waiting on the restock. I recommend fenity AND THIS DRESS to all the girlies that love pink🩷🩷

I fell in love with Fenity as soon as i found it!

I fell in love with Fenity as soon as I found it. It is my go to spot for cruise vacation outfits! The only thing that keeps me from putting 5 stars is that with sizing - it’s def geared more towards tall girls. I’m 5ft so I have to get my outfits tailored which is not the most budget friendly option. But regardless, it’s usually worth it when it’s Fenity!
