I've already bought 3 masks from Fenwick.
The first one (XL) was small for my horse, they first reached out to me super nice to help and suddenly they stopped replying and that was it.
The 2nd mask was ok.
Now for the 3rd mask... it shows delivered but I never got it. When I reached out to them for help they said they can't do anything that I should liaise with USPS. The support was non-existing and their email were on the verge of being rude.
Great product but I don't recommend given the lack of empathy and support received.

Placed a phone call with a question and to a friendly, knowledgeable & helpful person answered. How nice! My question was quickly answered and I made my purchase online. Am anxious to try out my product!

Great product and easy to choose what I wanted. Only difficulty was the slow shipment and expensive shipping fee. I waited almost a week for my mask and it cost $9 or so to get it shipped. I cannot remember where Fenwick is located, but I remember thinking it was just a few states over.

Fast shipping, products actually work!

I’m reviewing the people products..I don’t have horses. I purchased the lap blanket, which I spread on the couch to sit and and it has helped with lower back pain. I also sleep under it at night. I’ve been sleeping with the pillow case and my neck feels good when I wake up. I feel more refreshed when I wake up. The black sheer scarf can be worn around my neck or tied around head. Love these products! Thank you, Fenwick!

The masks came timely and they work great on my horses!

I had a small issue with my order, but it was resolved very quickly with a replacement item. Super happy with my purchase for my horse, and my order arrived earlier than expected!

I had been looking at the imperfect masks, and noticed the one I needed was priced higher than the others. I reached out to the customer service number and to my surprise, Wilhelmina answered. She addressed my concerns while she was busy doing something else, and took my info to reach back out to me. Within an hour or so, she let me know she fixed the issue so I could place my order! I couldn't believe that an owner would go out of their way to offer such great customer service! I told her she earned a client that day, and I placed the order. Got it within 3 days and my daughters horse loved it! He was much more responsive to her aids when she rode him in it. He's not spooky by nature, but his mask helps him keep his head when faced with situations he gets nervous in. Definitely recommend having a Fenwick on hand for keeping horses focused! He had no problem putting it on as he's an OTTB that wore a hood during racing. 1000 percent would buy again due to the wonderful experience all the way around!

Great product and quality, bought directly just to get the white. Was happy to see the upgrade in the snaps compared to my older ones. They just keep on getting better.

Would have been good to know about the significant duty charges on top of the expensive shipping to Canada. Product is great and fits well. Clips don't keep the fabric tucked and neat throughout ride.

These masks are wonderful!! They’ve really helped two of ours when riding and have helped another overcome his trailer issues.

Absolutely love the mask for my mare! Recently got the dog jacket for my lab/mastiff and he loves it! Wish there was a 32 inch but 30 fits him well enough. I recommend fenwick products to everyone.

Great fast delivery especially coming from USA. My complaint is this product just doesn't stay on the horse! I have made it as tight as I can,but it just slides off his back!
