I wish I would’ve read the previous comments! Definitely don’t trust the brand. My order took a month to arrive even though they advertise “fast shipping to the UK”. I needed the product for a workshop and it didn’t arrive on time. I asked them to give me a prepaid shipping return label and they want me to pay for it to be sent to China.

It’s a scam. Don’t waste your money.

Total Scam!

Purchased a welding/cutting tool from what was promised to be UK stock. Weeks rolled by and nothing arrived, despite promises. Tracking number finally provided and low and behold its coming from China. Annoying but hey everything is Chinese these days..

Finally arrived and its not the welding cutting tool I ordered, but a small plastic soldering iron. Wrong item, wrong price, wrong everything, and didnt even work when switched on!

Sent photos and evidence and now in an email ping pong battle. So far 11 emails bouncing back and forth from 'Sophie' ranging from 'you have received the right order', 'it is not broken so send back to us at your own cost', 'we do not recognise you order details'.

Absolutely disgusted by this very obvious scam. The office address is a house, the phone number doesnt work and 'Sophie' is definitely not helping.

Either this is a UK resident tricking people, or a chinese scam. Either way avoid at all costs.

I would literally give this company a -10 if I could! I made the order and after a few days went to check my order as I hadn’t received and email, I was ordering for a gift so conscious of the timing, but the website showed that there was fast delivery from the UK. Anyhow as the days grew closer and still no sign of it being shipped, I emailed and asked for the order to be cancelled. I was continually told give us another day, even thought customer services were well aware I was running short on time at this point. I asked for it to be cancelled again and they said please one more day, few days later I get an email to say my item has been dispatched……FROM CHINA!! I emailed right away and said I had asked for this to be cancelled and was told that I could return it once it arrived. So roll on 4 weeks later, my parcel arrived and I reached out regarding the return and I was told because it arrived in tact as I ordered, the cost of the return was mine….to China, including all the import taxes……
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
