Very good company for buying items we don't have over here. Frequent updates on order and delivery status, and quick delivery. The only reason I deducted a star is because the payment method is now quite complicated. At one time you just paid with card online, now payment involves bank transfers or a PayPal gift card.

I have used them a few times now and I would give them 5 stars, but the latest issue with payments being via bank transfers is concerning for me. You have to "take proof" of sending payment and hope that customer service gets back to you. Something will fall through the cracks eventually and you're not left protected. Not ideal.

Great, product exactly as described and very prompt delivery. Goods were securely packed and communication and tracking both excellent.

This guy stole money twice from my credit card he is a scammer beware.

I have used them a few times without issue.

But today when I went to use them I could no longer use a debit or credit card to payment.

Instead I had to make a direct bank transfer and then email them to let them know I made the transfer.

This means no card protection and also you have to hope they can match the payment to my order.

This concerned me quite a lot and I abandoned my purchase.
