I ordered several items from this company on November 25th, 2025. Today is 32 days, but no response whatsoever. I don't know who to contact. The phone number that I have does not work. Please run and do not order from Fetive; they are not trustworthy. Does anyone know the best way to reach them?

Yes I placed an order back in September with ESTIRE FETSIVE, as I had made several other orders with different places, and recurved all of those orders. But, I still have not gotten my order from FETSIVE BROOKLYN NY! it's taken me 3 months now to finally figure out who I needed to contact to see about my order, and I'm still trying to get all the info together to do that. Is really liketo find out what happened to my order!It's been 4 months since I placed my order. I received info when it was shipped out and that was the last I heard any thing, I'm hoping to get to the bottom of this and eventually recurve my order, I'd rather have my items instead of my $ back.if anyone can help me with any info that would help me to get this resolved I'd be for ever grateful

The top is really cute and the fabric feels high-quality. Very comfortable to wear all day.

The swimsuit top and skirt combo fit perfectly and feel super soft. Delivery was quick and customer service was friendly.

I ordered from Festive and 8 weeks later when I emailed them about my order, they claimed the shipping company “lost” my package. I asked for a refund and they claimed the shipping company refused to reimburse them so in turn, they could not afford to reimburse me. I asked what the insurance I paid was for and they then offered to reimburse me for my items but not the shipping charges. The shipping charges were MORE than my original order. Nope… I want all my money back…. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY… not trustworthy.

It said delivered but no package was received I would like to know what happened to the package and it has been 32 days since I placed the order

The skirt and top are well-made and feel comfortable. The only downside was that shipping took a bit longer than expected, but worth the wait.

I love the set and the top fits flawlessly. The pants were a couple of inches too long for me, though, and the shipping information stalled for a few days which was a bit worrying.
