’ve had around eight rental properties with Fiberzone for over four years, and during that time I’ve gradually been moving away from Connexin. The difference in service is hard to overstate.

Dealing with Connexin often feels like they’re trying to make life as difficult as possible, whereas Fiberzone genuinely puts the customer first. Communicating with Connexin can put a raincloud over your day; speaking to Katie at Fiberzone is like the sun coming out. She clearly believes that customers have rights and should be helped - which is the exact opposite of the experience I’ve had elsewhere.

Yesterday I had an internet issue at one of my properties and rang Fiberzone by mistake (it was the one property still with Connexin that had been cut off without warning). Katie had missed my call but rang me back the next morning as she'd missed my call and wanted to make sure everything was okay. That alone says a lot. By contrast, getting through to Connexin yesterday was a completely different (and frustrating) experience.

The disconnection itself was caused by a change of bank account for a direct debit. With Fiberzone - across eight properties - this was handled seamlessly, politely, and with genuine care. With Connexin, the response was relatively cold “fill in the form on the portal”. Despite everything being set up in good time, Connexin’s system failed to collect the payment and cut off the internet. This isn’t the first time this has happened over the years.

With Fiberzone, things just work. The internet is provided and stays provided, exactly as it should. I’ve never had a single complaint from tenants. New accounts are set up quickly and efficiently, with a clear understanding that speed matters.

A huge thank you to Katie - she’s honestly fantastic and represents Fiberzone brilliantly. Once a service is up and running, this is exactly the kind of support you need.

What a fantastic experience! We have just moved from a BT service to here. Purely as I can't stand Kcom. So I googled other suppliers of internet and this company came up as excellent!! From the moment I spoke to the wonderful ladies. I was given confidence. That this was a good move! Friendly and helpful with a wealth of knowledge. From then on it was regular communication.so much so that we knew what time the engineer would turn up and he did. Jamie rocked up at 8am wired us into the cable network. To be told that Kris would be around later with the Router. I then received a call from Katie to tell his time line for the visit. Nothing was too much for these guys. Clean and tidy workmanship. Even hoovering up behind themselves. Everything was explained and nothing was missed. The speed is amazing. The price is great.

from the phone call ive just had with a very nice young lady (Katie) there was a few questions she couldnt answer so she said she would get kris to call me & he has. he answered my questions but then went rambling on about whatever it was i think it was about speed. i know the connection im looking for so DONT need help with that! (i did try and tell him that but he wasnt having any of it)im now in two minds of to go with Fibre Zone or keep looking for a provider!! for Katie i would give her 5 stars for her customer service but for Kris 1-2 stars is all i can give him!!

Fiber zone install internet in my house, the are very professionql and quick, and the internet speed is faster.

Amazing customer service. They have earned a customer for life out of me just by the way they have treated me. Issues with the install due to ms3 but they have kept me updated been so friendly and helpful about it. It’s refreshing to be able to speak to someone rather than a bot or an hour queue.

Used their service for a few month now - no problem at all. I was waited 2 weeks for installation but I believe this is normal. I can’t wait to connect my business - it will save me a lot compare KCOM.

I do not normally write reviews but Fiber Zone is definitely worthy of a few positive words. The internet service we receive from them is reliable, fast and their customer service is exceptional. We have been receiving internet from this company for a number of years and we have never had an issue with them. When they switched us over to fiber broadband, it all went seamlessly too. We are an average sized family and use the internet for mainly streaming and some gaming purposes. I could not recommend Fiber Zone highly enough.
