excellent products and advice

Ordered my products on 25th of may now on tje 6th of june and i still have not recieved the items. When i called to find oit where they where on the 1st of june they advised they had only been dispatched o the 30th and would be wth me the next day. (No explanation as why it was not dipatched sooner) But 4 days on and i have still not recieved the items.

Have not recieved the goods, Im sure it will be a 5 star when they turn up

5stars for customer service, I recently had an order from Fibre glass Direct when I tried to use it there was a problem with the product, I emailed them, as it was a Saturday i didn't expect a quick response,first thing Monday i received email for more details ie order no,I replied and today I received complete replacement no quibbles. Thats what I call Customer Service.

Easy to order process, fast delivery, quality product and quality price.

no instructions on how to use the product, which caused massive problems. top coat applied but would not set, had to by acetone to remove (5 m2 area) and then purchase new topcoat paint, rollers etc. doubled cost of product, time and damage clothing in removal.

Shocking service. Paid for 1–3-day delivery, did not arrive until after business hours on day 4 which was a Friday (free delivery was an option but we needed the products for the roof quickly and they assure 1 - 3-day delivery) when delivered half the products were missing so the job has now to be delayed until we can contact them on Monday to find out where they are. Would NOT recommend dealing with this company despite the value, they have cost us alot of money in lost wages to take time off to do the job when we planned.

Amazingly quick delivery and the product ‘does what it says on the tin’.

It should have been 5 stars, fibreglass direct were excellent as usual. Order was placed at 9.00pm & dispatched by 3.00pm next day. Unfortunately due to courier delays beyond their control, caused by weather & cancelled ferries we did not receive order on time. The order has now gone missing but as always Fibreglass Direct are on the ball & trying to trace order. Will definitely use them again for any grp materials we need.

Great service, very helpful. I order a few items, then needed to add an extra product, I managed to get in touch and they helpfully/kindly added my extra product with the other items before they were all dispatched together to save on postage. A good, responsive company.

We have a package that went missing due to a courier misplacement on route. The guys worked trielessly to find it and when all else failed they sent a duplicate package instead. This is a great service...
