Fido & Frame Bewertungen

The web site was easy to navigate and shipping was fast. The picture I got is better than I expected it is amazing. The hardest part about the whole process was getting a good picture of my dog to submit. I will definitely let all my dog loving friends know about Fido and Frame.

I cried when I opened the pictures, they really brought our dogs to life.

Garbage customer service, as all you get is a bot. Was promised a package with a bogus tracking number. They said it will be replaced asap. Still no order, or any talking to a human about the order. Based in Italy. They will take your money and deliver nothing. 1 star is being nice!!!

Can’t believe people are giving this company 4and 5 star reviews. So so disappointed with the service I have received after ordering a canvas for a Present for my daughter’s birthday. Have received several responses from the AI bot, we have become best friends 😁. Promised me email updates for the last 3 days but no response. My daughter’s birthday has now passed and I’ve had to buy her another present. They don’t do refunds so avoid this company like the plague 😡😡😡😡

Any corrections that needed to be done, were accomplished in a very timely manner. The end result of the picture of our beloved boy was perfect.

I was so surprised at the quality of work this company did on my dog's canvas portrait! I don't know how to thank you so I'll just say it.... thank you! My dog passed a year ago April and I still mourn him, so this portrait honors him 🐾❤️

Very impressed with this product. Hung the picture immediately it was unpacked. I just love the ease from the beginning, from choosing the images to the final product. Great choice!!

The portrait was even better than i expected. Well worth the puchase.

Great experience from sending the photo to receiving the picture, great job and quick.

I’ve been dealing with this company for weeks. They’ve messed up my order twice, and are now prolonging fixing it. Their AI contact support repeatedly says my complaints are being raised to human attention and nothing comes from it. Getting ready to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and others.

The whole process was so easy from start to finish. Delivery was excellent and I love my three canvas prints. I will definitely order again.

Every step of the process went well!

Absolutely beautiful. It’s like having my Willow home again, greeting me every day.

Amazing picture! Turned up very quickly too ! I’d def recommend you to get one !
Thanks 🙏

Easy to use website, delivered on time and quality product, allat a good price, will definitely use again.

Beautifully done.. fast shipping.

great service and product, web site easy to use, love what they did

Although it took a while to get the actual image from the photo I used it wax worth it even down to the little white mark on his nose that he’s had since a puppy to his own collar and so soft eyes it’s a great portrait which dhows his gentle nature , love it

The picture of our dog surpassed expectations.

It was a gift for my sister, and it made her cry. It was so beautiful such a nice painting really loved it.
