If I did not retrieve my hard drive that I foolishly left in the hot sun for days on end I would have lost my job most likely. I found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable but they never promised me the moon the where very honest that they may not retrieve anything but you still needed to pay. I found the rates yes a little high but well worth it all these companies have high rates and for good reason they save the day and it takes time to do. They were straightforward letting me know what could happen and they didn't promise I would have ALL of my files back. If I needed to recover data, I would like to speak to a team of individuals that are competent in my internal/external electronics. This could apply to everyone, but I had to learn the hard way back in the old days (2009.)
