Awful service at Filler Lux.
I placed my first order for a cream, but the package never arrived. Instead of offering help, they told me it wasn’t their problem because I didn’t pay for insurance. Completely unprofessional attitude — why should the customer be left worrying about shipping coverage? This kind of attitude might fly somewhere else, but we’re in the USA where customer service matters. After waiting weeks, I ended up losing $60. Would not recommend this store to anyone.
