I had an order with FilmProcessing to process four digital cameras from a wedding, but unfortunately Royal Mail lost the package. A complete nightmare situation.

Despite this, their customer service was excellent throughout. They were responsive, kept me regularly updated, and handled everything in a professional and reassuring way. They issued a full refund promptly and also provided all the necessary documentation and an invoice to support my claim with Royal Mail, which made the process much easier.

While the situation itself was out of their control, the way they handled it really stood out. I’d definitely use their services again and would recommend them based on their customer care alone.

Found three films sculling around at home. Didn't even know if they had been exposed. Sent them off, and received an email two days later to advise of processing issues with one film (it seems it had not, in fact, been used). The negatives for the other two arrived back a few days later, by Royal Mail tracked delivery. These films must have been exposed around 25 years ago judging from the subjects, yet the images were still good, clear and vibrant. Excellent service, tracking, communication and a fair price.

I sent off (in two batches) 18, 40 year old films that we had totally forgotten about, 35mm and 110.

And being informed that often you get most of the prints come out although not as bright.
I had thought they would be useless after all this time.
A fast turnaround and my negatives were back. I was very surprised by the excellent results and immediately sent off the remaining films. Another fast turnaround and again excellent results. I cannot thank Film processing UK enough.

I developed 6 films and all of them were faulty in some way. I did expect some disappointment but I think mistakes were made in development process. I have very mixed feelings because customer service is great and I want to support small businesses, but I am disappointed with results.

I’ve had to find where to leave a review because this company is fantastic! I’ve used them twice now and unfortunately the second time I forgot to include my details so they could marry up my order. Having a newborn baby quite honestly I forgot I had sent this off only remembering a month later in a panic. I called them to see if my camera had reached them, that’s when I learnt they had it but were unable to match it to my order (completely my error) I’m so grateful that even a month later my camera was safe and awaiting to be paired. They immediately emailed a photo to confirm and a day later I had my photos. The photos turned out beautifully and I’m so thankful to have found this company who really care about the work they do. Will be sending my next set of holiday snaps here. Thank you so much to the team for being so caring and great at what they do!!!!

I'd been searching for somewhere to get my film developed for a while and Film Processing did not disappoint. Fantastic service. I opted for digital downloads and the quality was amazing. I actually cried when I saw the pictures because there were some beautiful memories that had been brought back! Will be getting all my film developed through these guys in the future. Thank you!

2 x old - 15 and 18 years - exposed, B&W films processed, with treasured results. The customer service was excellent. It was also helpful to know the stages of the processing of my films, via emails. After 1 x film was processed, I happily sent another.

I have been using my very simple point and shoot half frame film camera on holidays as a bit of fun for a few years now and in the past have had my film developed at a well known high street photo printing place. Every time I have had issues and I wanted to try somewhere new, hence I came across FilmProcessing.co.uk and wow what a difference. A fantastic price point, very similar to what I was paying before, and your quality is incredible! I didn't know my camera could take photos that good haha! You have gained a loyal customer! Amazing! They have some of the most competitive prices for film stocks and whenever I needed film urgently for a job they always accommodated my request and made sure I got my parcel as quick as possible. Kind and communicative customer service too - highly recommended.

Amazing service, really cheap to develop film and the scans were super high quality. Tracking and updates are regular and sent via email which is really handy. Film was turned around in three days for two rolls which is incredibly speedy. Communication was superb. Would highly recommend and will be using for all future film developing requirements.

This is the third time I have used this company to process my disposable cameras, and have been pleased with the results every single time, delivery is superb too! Sent my disposable off and the same day they received it I was sent all my processed pictures digital and picture copies shipped, Highly recommend !!

Used recently to develop the photos in a disposable camera we bought for a holiday. Chose the 6x4 glossy photos as enjoyed the retro feel. We also ordered some digital ones to go with it. Really impressed, great value and the photos were great and have framed a couple now. Would definitely use them next time.

I chose to develop my colour film with filmprocessing.co.uk as they were the cheapest lab I could find (£9/roll with scans). Despite this, the experience I had with them was better than with other more expensive and well known labs!

I sent my film rolls via post and I was updated via email of my order's status. Despite sending in 6 rolls, they were ready in about 2 days. The scans were sent via Dropbox and they looked awesome.

To top the experience off, the lab returned the negatives together with a summary sheet showing the developed pictures for each roll. I was very pleased with this as I hadn't seen summary sheets since the "old" days of film labs and, again, more expensive online film labs didn't provide this for my previous film developing.

I will definitely use filmprocessing.co.uk again in the future.

Really fast processing and negative return. Sent to them by 1st Class Thursday evening, processed Friday, received back Saturday morning. Will certainly use again (although I know a lot depends on Royal Mail). Couldn't be happier!

I had film processed and there was an issue and also the negs were lost in the post. Phoebe and the team tried to work out what had happened. They sent me a free roll of film and to process it free of charge. I thought this was a great way to reimburse me and they didn't need to ! Their communication is excellent and helpful . I would say that they do care about what they do and it's not just a "process"

I honestly can't recommend filmprocessing enough. Great customer service. Kept me informed all throughout the whole process. Even when there was an issue with one of the films, which was a fault of my own, I was informed clearly what the issue was. Don't bother going anywhere else, these guys are the best.

I’m super happy with the photos and the service that I received!! I was a bit worried that my photos weren’t going to come out okay as I’ve heard with disposable cameras they expire and the photos aren’t any good. I took a shot in the dark and sent off three disposable cameras which have been sitting around for a few years, and they came out amazing!! I’m super impressed with how fast they got sent back and delivered to me. As well as the quality of the photos. I will definitely be using this service again in the future, I couldn’t be happier.
