Sold me a faulty part for a SubZero in March 2025. They said it was an OEM part but it does not fit. They did not return email or live chat, this business is a fraud.As of this date (March 2026), I am not sure they are even in business but if they are BUYER BEWARE.

Worst experience! I only purchased one item which was a refrigerator filter and the package was lost in transaction. I reached out by email and they kept saying that the package was delivered from our end so nothing else we can do. The want me to address it with USPS. You can't call them and emailing is a waste of time. Their chat doesn't work either. Don't waste time or money with this company!!!

Purchased Kenmore filters for a great price, or so I thought. Filters were faulty and flooded the kitchen early one morning. Company has not responded and I have emailed them twice. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Refrigerator water filters arrived in a reasonable time and work as advertised. Cost was substantially less than buying from Sears. Also good communication with the seller.

I just placed my first order with this company. I ordered 2 refrigerator water filters. SO much cheaper than Amazon and free shipping. My order arrived in 3 days, 1 day ahead of the scheduled day. I recommend the company and will order from them again as needed.

This place is fraudulent! I placed an order, but then shortly after submitting, I realized they have the exact same business address as Precip Filter, which has sketchy reviews. This “company” appears to be just a repost of another sketchy company.

I immediately emailed them asking them to cancel my order. I received the following reply:

“Thank you for your message.

Your order has already been processed and is scheduled to ship today. We kindly ask you to keep waiting a little longer. Your package is on it's way, and we expect it to arrive soon.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If you need anything else in the meantime, feel free to reach out.

I received this email at 2 AM PST, so it is unlikely that the person who wrote this email was in the United States.

I had an authentic Sub-Zero cartridge + package on hand that I had purchased directly from Sub-Zero. When the cartridge from Filter Appliance arrived, I compared them. The colors and fonts on the package were very off. I confirmed that Sub-Zero has never manufactured a package matching the one that arrived from Filter Appliance.

So, they refused to cancel my order prior to shipping the product, and then they sent me what appears to be a counterfeit product.

THIS SITE IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Iam very pleased with the supplier who emailed me regarding installation. Perfect SubZero replacement and saved a few dollars be going to Filter Appliance❤️

The price was better than any where you can find for original filter replacement, quick shipping and I would recommend this site. The box was a tad damaged but unopened and filter was vacuumed sealed

Update 5/11/23- I ended up contacting PayPal, and finally got a response from the company. I requested a refund, and did get it. I can believe my email to the company went in their spam folder, but I also contacted them through the website AND called the phone number on the website. Had to leave a voicemail, so they should have gotten at least one of the messages.
Anyway, in the end, PayPal got me results.

I don't enjoy leaving bad reviews, but in this case a one-star rating was earned as there is NO customer service with this company. You cannot get hold of anyone. The filter arrived and we found it was broken when trying to install it. We then found out it did not have a required chip, so would not work anyway.
Just want to return/exchange for a good one and tried to contact the company at least 4 times over perhaps a week, as I kept getting NO response. This included via their site, via the email posted on their site, and the phone number on the site...where I had to leave a voicemail. NO response to any of these. Even if it is a small company, I should be able to get a response. When I googled the company at the listed location in Warren MI, nothing comes up. At this point, I am out $46, and seem to have no recourse. Very disappointed! Would advise anyone not to purchase from them.
