Trying to get satisfactory results from…
Trying to get satisfactory results from Final Draft customer service, is a total exercise in futility. Firstly, their is no way of speakiing to a tech via phone. Everything is done via chat & emails.
Secondly, it takes a very long time to receive a response from a tech once you send them a message.
I purchased a new computer and wanted to download my FD program. That was 3-weeks ago. The downloaded program is not responding, and FD customer service has been running me around with impotent fixes and long-delays in their responses.
I assume that the tech's aren't being ridiculous on purpose. It must stem, perhaps, from a horrible company structure, and/or the program itself. It's as if Final Draft is intentionally trying to run their customers away.
