They promised an increase in my business and failed. Only to try to get to buy more services promising results
They promised an increase in my business. For the year that i used them i received virtually no business. In response they wanted me to pay them to contact google to increase business. Then, when i decline to renew the contract they never replied to my inquiries about the web page that i paid for. They totally shut down my site. In fact, the only reliable thing they did was to make sure i received their invoices every month. The only business they care about is theirs. Do not make the same mistake i made. Go directly to Google and pay for clicks, at least you will receive telephone calls. Pay for click is working for me now. I lost a lot of money with Findlaw/Thomson Reuter.

Worst attorney website ever
No matter how I worded my issue, FindLaw kept changing my search terms (civil rights violation, police brutality, disability discrimination) to irrelevant BS, then kept giving me the same attorneys over and over - none of which accept police brutality/civil rights claims from living disabled people. I know this because I had already called all of them and was told they don't do civil rights cases, and one actually said I must be dead before I can hire them. INSULTING TO BOTH PARTIES: FindLaw sent me to lawyers whose websites state they only help people of color. I know these young attorneys want to help a niche group of clients. Given the history of the US, I don't have a problem with their private business decision. They are VERY busy. However, having to type my skin color into the search bar just to see FindLaw NOT sort these lawyers out of my results demonstrates that FindLaw itself discriminates against not only these attorneys of color but other humans (coughwhitedisabledwomencough). Search parameters of 30 miles got changed to 150 miles, smaller towns got changed to my state's capitol, and to top all this off FindLaw sent me the names of lawyers who DEFEND police who beat up and murder people of color and disabled people. FindLaw also sent me to family law, employment law (what part of "disabled" does FindLaw not understand?) and criminal law. Being disabled is NOT a crime, FindLaw, but being assaulted by police because of your disability IS wrong! If you have to find a civil rights/police brutality lawyer while white, disabled and in possession of a vagina, YOU WILL NOT FIND THAT LAWYER ON FINDLAW!

I was continuously given notes that I hadn't completed my forms. No stars were put by the missing pieces. I phoned the company THREE times. Was put on hold and then disconnected. Very dissatisfied with the "service".

Paid for the Will, Living Trust, etc. Package through AARP's site recommendation and instant referral. Logged in, completed will portion. Site would not let me print and download the will. Website stated need to purchase package again. Contacted customer support the same day. A week later, have received no response. Canceling package and notifying AARP of poor service.

I am in NYS. Your guidelines say it is required to get notarized.
The only notary that will do a Last Will says a lawyer is required to verify.
Is this true?
Nowhere on your site does it says this is a requirement in NYS.
